Bait and Switch. We will give you $ 100 trade in on your phone. I order the new phone, only to find out the trade in credit is only $ 33. Took nearly 2 hours to activate my new phone and my wifes phone. I asked the guys to call the manager and I was at the store a long time and she never called in. I left a message on her voice mail and The manager Nicole Fornal would not return my phone call.

This is actually a kiosk located at the main entrance of the BJ’s Wholesale Club. I go shopping at the BJ’s once or twice a month so this is great for me.
There’s usually not a wait, the staff is always friendly and they can usually help me with any questions.
The last phone I purchased was at this location. I picked my new phone, give the clerk my old phone did all of the paperwork and went shopping. By the time I was done, he had my new phone all programmed and information transferred from the old to the new and I was on my way.
