DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ time or effort here. Christine laliberte tries to illegally void MONTHS IN ADVANCED paid in GOOD FAITH customers appointments. This little girl literally tried to threaten my 70 yo mother to get off her property because she was too busy to care that we had paid in advance for a service from her salon. Authorities were called and had to literally educate incompetent and arrogant laliberte on CONSUMER AFFAIRS LAWS (which she was admittedly breaking– it’s recorded) as well as the protocol for where ones business license should be (viewable for all patrons). Uneducated laliberte finally had no choice but to acknowledge what she attempted to do to an elder loyal customer was absolutely illegal. She then demanded my elder mother come back in 1.5 hours because she was again– too busy to care (mom lives in Turner and drove to auburn specifically for her scheduled appt). This salon is being investigated and will be exposed for the illegal tactics they continue to endure on LOYAL PAID IN GOOD FAITH (months in advance) customers !!! What ever happened to respecting elders or respect for human beings in general? This lady severely needs to go back to school. Massage was amazing ! It’s a shame laliberte had to ruin it for our entire family and friends. We used to love this place up until an elder family member was degraded and treated the way she was due to lalibertes incapabilities to understand common sense business/​consumer laws. Go elsewhere. Do not put yourself through the same.

Hair service is fine, but I had a few problems with transactions at the desk. I will leave it at that.

The lady that does the bikini wax is awesome. Very easy to deal with, even for a beginner with waxing. Wasn’t as impressed with the shellac polish I had done. Had to have it redone and then it chipped off a huge bit again in just a couple of days. The lady that does the shellac is fairly nice, though, but didn’t see her as being as friendly as most of the other employees
