TCC, Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer

Came in to ask a question about my cell service. Discovered this is a franchise, this always concerns me. We were helped by Ally, she was fantastic. However, she asked an associate if they had an item in stock. He said he would check and see. We were there for 10 min and he had not moved. We were told he was training a new employee, he missed the teaching moment. Instead of showing this man how to assist a customer he learned how to ignore anyone in need. Eventually I walked the entire store to see if they carried the item. I did not see it, this of course does not mean it was not there. I would not recommend coming here, use the extra time to find a corporate store and get what it is you need.
