Lady was incredibly mean and rude. She did a horrible job and now my son has to go to school looking funny. They claim to do fades but dont line it up lol. They dont tell you till its over. Dont go here, EVER!!!

I went here 3 or 4 times over the years and I felt like I was bothering the staff by my presence as a paying customer. I can’t put my finger on it but maybe the people cutting hair there were unhappy with the company or something but the morale seemed low and that translated to a quick, mediocre hair trim by someone who I felt didn’t really respect their customers. I go somewhere else now.

I used to go out of my way to get my hair cut at supercuts, that’s how much I liked them. Maybe not so much after today… I got my hair cut by Nichole(maybe I didn’t spell it right), I told her how I wanted it done, but when she was done, I asked her to trim a little more off the top, so she did that, but as I was going to ask her to take a bit more off, she walked off. Well, I guess she was done. She never came back. I have no idea what that was about. Then I noticed my sideburns(what little I do have) were crooked, but I guess that won’t get corrected either. Too bizarre. I won’t go out of my way to go there again. There isn’t one in my town, so I guess supercuts is done for me.

Fantastic experience a couple weeks ago! Even though they were super busy and I didn’t have an appointment, they took care of me as quickly as they could. I felt bad for the young receptionist at one point because a man was berating her about waiting more than 15 minutes when it jam packed and clearly a longer wait time than usual. I will absolutely be back!

Took my son here for his haircut, was busy but very quick, plus he likes to make sure of what he gets. And amazingly, they took my Supercuts gift card which had been rejected in 3 others in the Bay Area, so only paid a couple bucks tip.

I went here to get red highlights in my hair that would be noticeable, because i will be 30 and i wanted a change I’ve never done colored highlights only like light brown and i specifically told the girl i want them to be noticeable and stand out but not Ronald McDonald red. she says okay(i wont say who it was cause shes super sweet) but when i was done she dried just part of the top of my hair and said looks good see and i could see 2 little strands of red and i thought hmm maybe its cause the rest my hair still wet and you cant see them or i don’t know maybe its the lighting. NOITSNOT I LITERALLYHAVENOREDHIGHLIGHTSINMYHAIREXCEPTTHECOUPLEINCHESONTHETOPANDTHENTHEYDISAPPEAR. now i am mom of 2 i don’t have $ 80 to be throwing around like that. not to mention that was my gift to myself for my bday. I like to go here because it’s cheap and they’ve never messed up my hair. I usually just get a trim but you’d be surprised how wrong that can go at other places. I’ve never gotten a more complicated hair cut here but if I ever needed something other than a trim, I would trust them with my hair.

My whole family loves this Supercuts! Ashley, the manager, cuts hair very well and has a wonderful personality to match! She is very knowledgeable about style, trends, braiding and much more. Ashley takes care of our whole family and our friends. She listens to the customer attentively and aims to please. You will love her! My wife is always pleased with her hair color and cut. She feels like a movie star when she leaves the salon. Our daughter feels glamorous after her long, thick hair has a weave and cut. I love the receptionist, Amanda! She always makes me comfortable with her patience, friendliness and beautiful smile. I see quite a number of men and women in this salon. They always seem happy with their cuts. They have a joyful air about them when they leave. I have been going to this salon for a very long time; there has always been a sense of satisfaction. All the stylists are all delightful and capable, as well. The men, who left feedback here, probably need to communicate with their stylists more on all the things they want for their cut… like blades, length and how your comb/brush your hair, part, and how it looks after using a blow dryer or gel. Give as much info and feedback as possible… very helpful to the stylist. Photos are always great. It is all about communication. The salon is comfortable and clean as well. You will totally enjoy your experience here!

Went in there today to have my mop touched up, and let me just say I’m very particular about who I let cut my hair. Ended up seeing a girl named Melody, she was very sweet and listened to everything I said, which was a lot. I was pretty stoked with how it came out and left happy :)

Let me start off by saying that I’d give this place 0 stars if I had the option. I have been a regular for the past 5 years — bringing both my boys for regular cuts. This place had gone down the tubes in quality of cuts and customer service. Today was the final straw: I walked in with my three year old and waited to talk to the front desk. While standing there to find out if they accepted checks, a COMPLETELY snotty(the one with brown hair and tattooed forearms) girl snips at me in her valley-girl voice, «Uhmmmm, you can just have a seat.» So rude. When I said that I was wondering if they accepted checks, without any eye-contact, she barked, «No». The kicker — I actually heard a co-worker saying that they had a new system now that did accept checks. Noone ever came out to let me know. I had let the crooked, jacked –up haircuts go over the years because I figured it was just chintzy Super Cuts and you get what you pay for .But, I’m done. For good. If I were the manager or owner here, customer service training would be first on the agenda for those employees. What a joke.

I visited Super Cuts yesterday and had my hair done by Samantha. I would not recommend her at all. She never really understood what I wanted and in the end my hair looks like a 5 year old cut it. I could have done a better job, infact I have no hair experience but made it look better after I cut it myself. Anyways sadly I will never visit a Super Cuts again.

On a recent trip to grandma’s house, one of the first things out of her mouth was that I needed a haircut(and that I had gained weight). So I went for a run and then found myself at Supercuts(there are not many places to chose from). I was glad to see that the place was busy and gained even more confidence when there was a short wait… waits imply quality, right? After a 10 minute wait my name was called and I plopped down into the chair. I gave some simple direction and the attractive, well groomed, nice smelling girl went to work. Thrown off by her looks and scent I wasn’t paying much attention to the masacre that ensued. When she was done I came out looking like an Asian Bobby Brown during his New Edition days when he was sporting that whack high top fade. I politely told the girl«it looks great» and headed for the door. I drove directly home and buzzed my head.

I like to refer to these hair places as super crap cuts. If anybody has had their hair cut here and liked it, they must be blind. All I know is if you can’t level my sideburns properly then you have no business cutting hair. Half these people probably failed at beauty school…
