Their prices used to be reasonable, now they’re just ridiculous. Walmart is less expensive for NEW ITEMS! Additionally, the staff used to be remarkably friendly. Now, they are truly horrible. I was «helped» by a woman named Jenna, who was about as personable as a wolverine awakened from hibernation too early.

Stopped in for the first and LAST time today. Furniture prices are higher than the antique stores I frequent. Went to buy some tapes, had to ask the price and they were more than any other St. Vincent I shop at. Then asked for the senior discount and had the older, white haired lady bark «not on tapes». At this point we left without making a purchase. PLEASE give this woman some training on customer service. Too bad you lost another two customers. Poor judgement.

I stopped by here one day when I saw a sign saying kids clothes were 50% off and I’m hooked! You have to go through a lot of crap but there are some good items there. I’ve bought a purse, kids clothing, toys and books. I wait til the items are 50% so that most things I buy are $ 2 – 3. I like perusing this little store when I have time to go through stuff.

We called to have them pick up some heavy furniture. But when the driver’s showed up, they refused the furniture piece we wanted gone. Also I agree with the other customers below about your prices being to high.
Not picking up the main furniture + I’m Athiest, means you get a 1 star review.

This location just sells larger items like furniture, some books, bicycles, frames, etc.
This used to be a good place to go with great selection and decent prices. But in the last 6 months their prices have seen the «Macklemore» effect. Their prices more than doubled on all of their furniture. Old, scratched pressboard dresser with missing handle and stuck drawers? $ 149.
Seriously guys, I guess if you are making more profit with the higher prices then more power to you but I won’t be buying anything there anymore. I guess your market is not the folks who need to find good furniture at a low price anymore.

I like what they do but was surprised how different each one is. I drove to Everett to buy beds for my kids (½ the price) and got different prices at every one I called. They are expensive here on most things compared to Goodwill or the Burien location but I still donate here and look for stuff.

This store is where you buy big stuff mostly. They carry furniture, appliances, mattresses, tv sets and stuff like that.
I’ve had mixed results with buying washers there for my rentals but they have always stood behind they and fixed/​replaced them. Other stuff like stoves and dryers have been no problem. Be selective and watch the prices as they are sometimes not that great. Judy the manager is great!
