I love this place! I’ve been dying my hair for years now, and awhile ago i was finally able to get a position at my work where i could have my hair different colors. When i called to ask the girls some questions they were soooo helpful. Talked me through each step and let me ask all my insane and obnoxious questions. Anytime i need anything i call ahead and have them hold it for me. They have such a warm and welcoming staff. As soon as i enter i’m greeted with a friendly hello. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my beauty supplies!

I LOVE to color my hair ALL diff colors. I do not have a license and box color can distroy your hair if you use it to much. Sally’s is as close to professional product that you can go.
Even tho I color my hair ALL the time I am no expert.
Every time I have gone to this location I have had a wonderful experience. They never have a problem telling me what to do step by step.
Last night I mixed a color that should never need a developer. My hair turned out ok, just not exactly what I wanted. So today when I spoke to Stephanie, one of the ladies that was helping me I explained to her what I did and she had no problem telling me how to fix it.
I had the pleasure of spking to Stephanie who has long blue hair and Yana who has silverish short hair.
I give this location 5 stars. The prices and friendliness and advice is very welcoming.

Their products are fine but their customer service leaves much to be desired. Unless you are a hair professional and know what you’re doing, get ready for some beauty buzzards swarming with condescension towards you and your hair.

I never have an issue with their products, but I never have an amazing experience with the people there. Nothing wrong with the products though.

I have such extreme mixed feelings about this location. It’s a great location and always had parking. It is one of the few places in Auburn you can buy beauty supplies. The store is small, but well organized.
The reason I dislike it is actually very simple. They have a staff member that is completely obnoxious that is impossible to avoid. So horrible that I had to subtract two stars because she is repeatedly a problem. I actually have friends that have stopped going to this location because they can’t stand her. She will argue with you on what you want and when you bring something back she feels it is her life mission to make you feel dumb for wanting to return it. She says phrases like «you should have listened to me» and «Well I never had any problems with this product.» I wish I knew her name, but she doesn’t wear a name tag. Which is sad because the rest of the employees are wonderful. So if you are lucky enough to go there when she is not working (she seems to work a lot though) you will have a great experience.
They do have some great products! They carry the Hemp lotion line at a very affordable price in the larger sizes. They also have bleaching kits and some great colors in hair dyes. It’s a great little store if you are looking for higher end beauty products.
