One of the barbers who works at robins, Jeff was down in TX to visit and I’ll tell you this much I don’t let just anyone cut my hair I am very picky. Well I needed a haircut desperately and I didn’t trust my fiancees stylist so I asked if he could cut my hair the way I like it. He of course said yes after he was finished I loved it I don’t think I have had anyone cut my hair quite like the way he did, it was just like I wanted nothing wrong. The only thing that is bad is he only visits once or twice a year so if I am ever in the auburn area I will 100% go there and no where else. As well as tell everyone to go there and have him cut your hair.

Cant believe the male barber there, I went in today and asked simply to only shave the sides and leave the grown out hair alone, actually said not to cut it at all… needless to say after shaving the sides he cut hair on both sides saying he was just cutting the wild hairs. Opposite of what I repeatedly asked him not to do. It’s horrible when a barber thinks he knows what you want more than you do. I’ll never go again!

I got an extremely nice haircut for $ 15. This is a the type of shop you think of when you think barbershop. This place doesn’t just fit on a different numbered electric razor guards and buzz cut, they actually cut your hair with scissors and know how to do it better then any of the chain stores. Very happy I found this place and I will now always be a customer.

I have been getting haircuts for 60+ years (yes I am old :)) and I want a place that is for men.
They don’t wash your hair (that is why you have a shower at home), they use a straight edge razor to finish the haircut and they cut mostly with scissors — not a quick zip with an electric razor.
It looks like a place for men with real men’s magazines (not Peoples, Fashion etc.) has «The Duke» on the wall and is comfortable.
The only thing they need to add is Aqua Velva so you smell like a haircut when they are done.
