Premier Emergency Water Removal

I own an older house (1920’s) and premier was recommended to me because I had a water leak with renters in the house. During our first conversation they took the time to convince me that I should hire them to take care of the problem because «there could be asbestos and lead based paint in the house and I didn’t have the tools to handle the job and there could be some liability issues without experts working in clean up»
I found out later they neglected to do the tests for asbestos putting everyone who entered the house in major danger. When I confronted them about this they started pointing fingers back as me and asked if I had «put it in writing» that I wanted the test to be done.
I asked several times for them to send me a copy of the bill, they never did for 2.5 months and when I pointed out they hadn’t yet sent one they emailed me a copy of a notice to put a lien on my house if I didn’t pay the bill within 48 hours. On top of that the bill they sent was $ 3000 higher than the bill they sent to my insurance without any further work?!!
I am furious at their use of scare tactics to get business, their lack of safety measures with dangerous materials and threat of legal action when they haven’t fulfilled their duties.

Beware of this company. I had a slight, small water overflow at my rental property Olympia, WA. The tenant called a plumber who in turn called Premier. Premier came in an did the initial cleanup and after my brother came in to see the condition of the spill we decided professional carpet cleaning would be sufficient. I called Premier and told them to stop all work and send me the bill for the initial clean up. They replied I needed to sign a release of liability form which they would fax, email to me. They never sent the form and hours later went into my place and demolished it causing 7K of damage without my permission. All a scheme to get more money. They then proceeded to threaten me with liens and lawsuits if I didn’t pay for the unauthorized damage they did to my property. This company is crooked; avoid them at all cost.

These guys do everything from emergency water removal to general construction. They are excellent. The thing I liked about them the most is that they really care about the customer and are genuinely interested in giving great service. I had a great experience with them and recommend them to everyone.
