I have Paws & Claws trim my Chi’s nails, they are wonderful and very inexpensive. I will continue to use them and always smile that they can trim the dogs without getting bitten !!

I have now been using Petco to groom my dog. I originally had a bias to a big, inpersonalized company to deal with my dog… BOY WAS I WRONG.
The young ladies they have are fabulous. Extremely friendly, courteous and gentle with my dog. Here is what Petco offers that Paws and Claws doesn’t have:
1. Easy to schedule
2. Pleasant to deal with
3. They take credit cards vs. Cash only
4. They work with your schedule not like Paws where if your not back when she want to leave because her business is slow watch out because she’s nasty.
5. I can buy my pet supplies while I’m there.
6. …and the best part they are LESS EXPENSIVE.
OVERALL A BAD EXPERIENCE WAS TURNED INTO A GOOD EXPERIENCE BY GOING TO PETCO.

My puppies, a teacup Yorkie and a Spaniel, ages 9 & 11, are professional grooming clients at Paw’s & Claw’s. They are happy with the attention and care they recieve everytime they visit, which is every 3 to 4 weeks. Love how clean the shop is whenever we visit. I am always advised when either of the pups has something going that I haven’t noticed. This tells me she is really paying attention and cares about their well being. Yes, she only takes cash or check… but for my money that beats mediocer service. Plus the fact that she doesn’t use yucky chemicals is a real bonus.

I went here close to a year ago, got good service, and they charged me $ 60. No problem. I went again a few months ago and, without a word, they charged me $ 100. The grooming wasn’t as good as the previous time, but it was okay. I won’t go back because of the unexplained jump in price.

They did a fantastic job on my border terrier. He is a bit unruly and they handeled him perfectly. Reasonably priced and the owner and staff are very friendly.
