First time I’ve shopped at an Oshkosh store and had the worst customer service experience. I’ve shopped at their Carter’s store many times and never had a bad experience. At my last visit I noticed that they’ve combined the two stories and had only one customer service counter. The store itself is fine and they seem to have a lot of selections, but they seriously need some new customer service training. I went to the counter and the first thing the girl at the counter said to me was«PHONENUMBER!», I was thrown back and for a second there I was thinking to myself, «Hell no! I’m not going to give you my number by the way you talked to me». I went ahead and give my number and spoke to her calmly and she still continue to have the same tone of voice like I’m going there for a hand out. I’m not sure if she might have had a rough day but I realized she did not talk to the lady before me in that tone of voice. Whatever her problem is, she should not be treating customers like that. Seriously I had second thoughts after I left and thought maybe I should just return the stuff I bought. It makes me feel like not returning to this store again! If I’m not welcome there then I don’t need to do business there! Oshkosh you need to seriously work on your customer service training or hire people who are more friendly if you want customers to keep shopping there.

Since the Oshkosh in Bellevue closed this is the best OshKosh in Western Washington. They have a fairly good selection but it always seems like my kid is the most popular size — hence items are sold out in her size. Staff varies from great to zoned out… They always have extra coupons so be sure to sign up for them(usually 20% off $ 40 or more plus everything is usually 50% off in the entire store). My little one wears majority OshKosh clothes cause they are cute and cheap!
