Nike Factory Store

Great selection of shoes, at pretty decent prices!
The staff was very helpful, without being too overbearing, which is my favorite thing in the world.
While trying on shoes, Ian said, «the one you have on the left (I had a different shoe on each foot) the item of the week is last years model, you should try that one out» it was a totally different color scheme, that is usually not my style (I don’t like pink, and it has a hot pink accent) but I totally love them, low and behold… bought them!

I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me out… He was so helpful! I went shopping with family and while I was there I decided to get my husband new shoes. He is super picky about shoes btw* I was taking pictures and getting his approval, but he ended up just telling me which shoes to look for. He gave me a couple options and I went to ask one of the guys on the floor. He was so nice. He told me which one he preferred for comfort, and gave me pros/​cons of each shoe.

So what I’ve learned about this location is that they are a Factory Store which is different from the clearance store but they still have great shoes, clothes and more for a discounted price, just not as discounted as the clearance store. With that being said I come here when I’m looking for something before I hit the mall stores just to see if they have it.
Customer service is great here, they are super friendly and this store is pretty new so it’s clean and organized. They accept the coupons as that doesn’t differ, all Nike Stores, Factory and Clearance store accept Nike coupons and also offer the military discounts.

I am SO impressed with the customer service here. I’m sure I called like 4 times looking for different things and every time I had called, they were so patience and so professional. Even in store when I went to go pick up the stuff they put on hold for me. Everyone was so professional and it really makes a differences. If I could give this 20mil stars I would. Their service was amazing!

I am not a HUGE nike shopper but this place is pretty good. It is smaller than other Nike outlets but still has a pretty good selection. I was able to score a throwback Seahawks tank top for $ 19.99.
Fitting rooms were clean, check out line moved fast and the cashier was really friendly.

I was very impressed with the service I just got today. An employee in shoes named Tyson was extremely helpful in helping my 11 yr old son find shoes. We weren’t finding anything in the youth section and it turns out my son can wear a small men’s 7 shoe. Anyways it was a great experience top to bottom just now. Thanks again!

I’ve never been to the ES but I think this is the closest I’ll ever get to it. I came here twice in 24 hours for their Black Friday sale.
And I def took advantage of that shit and went ham. I did work and saved more than I spent. I bought Flyknit lunars, some tech fleece stuff and hella shirts from the clearance rack. The ladies section has way more to choose from than the men’s.
Some of the employees be feelin themselves way too much. My friend was struggling with an out of reach item and four employees just huddled around and were acting very snarky. Let’s not forget guys, y’all work for the outlet shop, and are probably only employed for the season. You don’t work for Niketown, there’s no need for snobbiness. And if y’all wanna act like your shit doesn’t stink and not help your patrons then please, reconsider your jobs.
There’s a selected few who actually do what they’re supposed to and more. such as… help customers with fittings, answer questions and share product knowledge. Y’all the real MVP.

Nice location inside the «Super Mall», now called The Outlet Collection. Inside the shop is clean and organized. The staff was helpful and courteous.

I decided I wanted to go on a hike this week end and realized I didn’t have any good hiking shoes. I’ve always wanted to try and north end outlet but that’s way to far from my house so a coworker told me about the on in auburn (a lot closer to me house by 30 mins)
I came in the afternoon on a Saturday so I was expecting it to be really busy and it wasn’t. Which was nice cause it gave me time to think about me shoe selection without all the noisy people. The staff were really helpful and even offered to take the box my shoe came in. Which I loved cause I never keep the boxes and save me a trip to the trash can. Just wish they had a little bit bigger selection on shoes

This is good store, especially considering the fact that the closest Nike stores are in Centrailia or North Bend :)
PROS: 1) Location is great. 2) Clean store. 3) Great and courteous staff. 4) New stuff that I’ve never seen before. They had these cool computer screens where you could customize shoes then have then shipped to your house… cool!
CONS: 1) It’s really small! Kind of disappointed actually. 2) Their selection seemed kind of dated and slim. I didn’t find what I was looking for :/​
Overall, I am really looking forward to having a long-​awaited Nike store so close to home! I record and will definitely be back!!!
