My in-laws have a spa from here that we have really enjoyed for quite some years. HOWEVER, the spa has now been broken for over a month, and no one from New England Spas will respond, or come out to fix the tub… even when the in-laws would be paying for repairs! Over a month ago, they tried to contact for an appointment, finding out that you can only contact them online, and HAVE to provide a credit crad when submitting a request for repairs. They say they will notify you 24 — 48 hours prior to some one coming in for repairs. 3 ½ weeks later and there is still no news from New England Spas. It is supposed to get down to 20 degrees tonight, which means the spa will freeze over and brake even more than it is. We think this is enough for us to call the«emergency» phone number. Well, how the heck does an emergency # help if they won’t send anyone out until Monday because no one is «on-duty». What was extremely helpful(read: sarcasm) is that the person on the phone told us to put a space heater in front of the internal components of the tub to keep the lines from freezing! Seriously! In summary, New England Spas will be happy to sell you a wonderful spa. However, if you ever need it fixed, even if you are willing to pay for said repairs. might as well throw your money out the window. PS– it is «black friday» weekend, I guarentee there are people«on-duty» SELLING tubs…
