Mountain Mike’s Pizza

My family loved it. Delivery was on time and pizzas were delicious and hot. If I want a pizza, my first option will be mountain mikes and this location. Thank you guys!

Our first time trying this place was the delivery option. Though they charge for delivery, the online ordering and coupons made it worth the extra four bucks. The pizza’s arrived on time and hot and were tasty. I was pleased. So, tonight we made our first visit to the Bell location and were pretty disappointed. If I had gone to the bathroom before ordering my food, I would not have chosen to eat there. Not only were the bathrooms really dirty and grimy and out of toilet paper, but when I then walked out to our table to take a good look around and see that most of the tables and booths were pretty dirty. The booths were falling apart, the walls and over all look of the place wasn’t even the cool old hole in the wall kind of dingy. I just looked and felt shabby, and dirty. I kept telling myself that it’s about the pizza, as long as they still role a good pizza… …So then the pizza arrived just after a crazy long line of people came in. It was just a touch under cooked an doughy, and with the line as long as it was, we didn’t want to wait long enough to get it cooked longer, as now we just wanted to eat and get home. We don’t have any other options where we live for delivery so, and with the prices, I would probably order delivery in a pinch but they would not be on my top three in town anymore and I would not recommend to anyone who is more of a germaphobe than I am…

WARNING: Do not use their online ordering. I placed an order at 2:00 and it said it would arrive via delivery by 2:45. I called at 3:00 to check the status and they said «It was never processed because we got too busy» they said they would make the pizza and could bring it in 25 – 35 minutes or I can come get it. No way!

I ordered from mountain Mikes a number of times and I’m not sure why I kept going back. The food is very average and the prices are high however I needed food delivered as I M in a wheelchair. They screwed up a couple of orders not delivering chips and pickles as they advertise. The manager said on the website is wrong and he has the right to change the order. The most recent order I ordered a couple of sandwiches and I didn’t check them out after the guys left I looked at it and there was hardly any toppings it was like they’re just tomatoes sauce and bread! I called the owner and he said he has given me exactly what I ordered. I tried to reason with him and he said I’m sorry he made the sandwiches and my order was right. At that time I told him I’m done doing business with you and he said okay fine and hunger. The guy stole my money. I would stay away from this guy only cares about is getting your money he doesn’t care about you and he certainly doesn’t care about his food. Ok that’s about it, don’t go there!

I order from here maybe once a month. They are the only place that delivers to where I live. Their customer service is atrocious. They are always rude and in a hurry. Even the few times I’ve gone in to eat they have rushed me out before I was even done.
The only saving grace is the pizza and the delivery guys. I love the pizza, its fantastically done. The drivers are always nice and understanding. I tip them well. Those two things make the pizza still worth ordering, but I’m still going to seek out different joints to deliver.

Always great pizza, fresh salad fixings in the clean salad bar and clean, family friendly atmosphere. Family owned and operated location. We’ve had it delivered, picked it up to go and have stopped in for the lunch buffet. We’ve never been disappointed.
The salad bar is always well stocked with all my favorites. It’s always clean, and they keep knifes that cut tomatoes perfectly at the ready with the forks. I love tomatoes but hate eating large cherry tomatoes in one bite, and I like slicing them for my toddler, so access to a good knife is important to me.
The lunch buffet is AWESOME at this location. No less than 3 pizzas available at a time and they keep it stocked as needed. The owner works the lunch shift and he is great. Our first time for the lunch buffet we popped in with 10 minutes left on the buffet but he didn’t care, he brought pizza to our table once we were the only buffet customers left. He let me continue to get salad too.
The owner is extremely friendly and gracious. He knows we have plenty of pizza places to choose from here in Auburn, and he appreciates his customers.

I’m trying the all new Olympus pizza and it was so yummy! It’s a veggie pizza with tomatoes, olives, pepperchinies, feta and monzorella cheeses. U can get onions too but I don’t like them, pizza crust was good too!

We went here to celebrate my nephews birthday. I just had a salad bar. It was very good, they did a pretty good job of keeping it stocked. My mother in law said the pizza gets about a 7 out of 10.

Haven’t eaten the pizza yet but I love their mobile phone online ordering system. Easy easy. Love it. Thanks MMP
Just had their medium pepperoni and it was awesome. Seriously loved it. Deep dish option. Will definitely be back.

Ummm a $ 4 delivery charge. Even OTP doesn’t charge. I’ll pay the extra $ 4 dollars for quality pizza over a pimple face driver. One star because I had too. Come on Mt. Mikes

We live in N Auburn and called for our first delivery out to the country. Our pizza and salad came in 30 min when they said 45, it was good and hot and we are great full for our first deliver after a crazy long week! I also had a beer there earlier this week while waiting for food from next door, they man at the counter couldn’t have been nicer! Just looked at the hidden Unilocal page and every review is 4 or 5 star. I suspect my review will go there too. so not fair, I am also a business owner. Unilocal can really stink so I am posting a good review because I am happy!

Just called this place the gentleman on the phone was somewhat rude I just wanted to know what kind of pizza they had and if they had any deals the fella got pretty smart with me I didn’t enjoy that two stars just cause I like pizza lol

Very friendly pizza joint, always nice and give me discounts even if I don’t have a coupon. Pizza always has plenty of toppings and is delicious. Never been disappointed with this location

Over the years I have loved Mountain Mikes pizza. The do after all have the best pepperoni in the business. Unfortunately that is all they have now. Since the new owners have taken over the quality of the pies has gone down considerably. It seems they use the same cheese as Little Caesar’s and use less of it on their pizzas as well as very little sauce. I can say that I most likely will not return to the establishment for pizza again. I will miss the mini pepperonis that I have loved for many years.

I LOVE this pizza. I regularly crave this pizza. If I’m going to be eating pizza, there’s a 50 – 50 chance that this is the pizza I will be ordering.
I cannot speak to other reviewer’s commentary on the cleanliness of the store, as we almost always do take-​out or delivery (YAY delivery) but the times that I have eaten there I did not notice any extreme mess. I will say that I find the enormous and very loud TV to be a deterrent to dining in-​store, and that the restaurant itself was getting a little bit shabby the last time I was there.
That said, I am a huge, enormous, staggering fan of their pizza. Bring on the tiny pepperonis, I say! And it should be noted that I’ve never, not once, received anything other than friendly, cheerful, efficient service from any of the staff at this restaurant.
I’d give it five stars if it weren’t for that TV.
Oh, one last thing: While their pizza may not be cheap, I don’t think that prices ranging from $ 8.60−13.00 for a small pizza and $ 25.00−32.00 for their extra large are exactly in the $$$ range. If you, as a single individual, cannot dine at Mountain Mike’s for under $ 30, perhaps you should be taking a close look at your diet and life choices. Just sayin’.

The main reason for the high number of stars is the manager. He is always there and always remembers my dad and i who go there about once every two weeks. We usually get the lunch buffet with two drinks for 17 dollars total. The pizza is alright, honestly, i’ve had better, but the salad is fresh and the manager always asks what kind of pizza we would like to have on the buffet table.

The owner is a really nice guy, and very friendly. We go here pretty often, and being a pizza nut, I love it, except for those weird little crunchy pepperonis! Nothing against those who like them, but they’re not my favorite. Give me the big floppy style peps, and we’re good.

My family eats here almost every week; we LOVE this place. The management is super-​friendly, the prices are reasonable for the quality ingredients they use in their pies and we’ve never had an issue with finding a large table to sit at.
My wife and kids usually get two different pizza’s, she has a pineapple pizza and my son and I share a pepperoni, sausage and onion pie. The ingredients are always fresh and pie is always super hot and delicious. My wife also get a salad from the salad bar and the veggies are always fresh and crisp.
This place is also great for large parties as there is plenty of room in the back.
I’m not sure why the negative reviews from previous reviewers but in my opinion, you should give this place a shot. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

This place would get four, or five stars if labeled as mass-​produced pizza.
Ingredients are canned and it costs too much. Not too much is fresh. However, canned and not fresh are par for mass-​produced pizza chains like this …
My main problem with this location is that my mouth feels cut up and sore whenever I eat here; I have eaten here multiple times and this always happens. Feels like little pieces of glass were in my mouth for hours after eating this pizza. I won’t go back now.
Also, they don’t clean the place up well enough …

This has got to be the WORST location in the Mountain Mike’s chain.
I saw the «Sign Twirler» advertising the Lunch Buffet ($ 6.50 M-​F), and thought «oh boy… pizza!»
Don’t get me wrong, the pizza is not barfy, and the salad bar had plenty of decent fresh veggies. I got my money’s worth… so why only one star?
The entire restaurant was FILTHY… there were dirty plates & dishes on EVERY table. I literally could NOT find a clean table to sit down to eat my food! This made the place very unappetizing and therefore I will not go back there.
Note to management: instead of wasting money on the Sign Twirler… make him come inside to CLEAN THE TABLES every few minutes!
