These seem like nice enough people, but unfortunately nice isn’t equivalent to good business. Their prices were a little high, but what is really causing a 2 star rating is that their customer service is highly lacking. Refrigerator purchased and scheduled for delivery the following Monday between 2:00 and 4:00. By 4:30 no one had showed up, so I called and got no answer for about a half hour. Around 5:00 I finally got through to «Lee», only to be told he had«lost my slip» and wasn’t sure where to deliver, yet when questioned a bit he was able to tell me my address just fine. Not sure what that was about, but willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, I awaited his arrival. No apologies, no professionalism. He said he’d be here within a half hour. Over an hour later he finally arrived.(We are only 10 – 15 minutes away). The next day I noticed the refrigerator door wasn’t sealing properly. So I called to let them know. Lee asked if my husband was there,(yes) and told me to tell him to remove the wheels off the bottom of the fridge and this should correct the problem.(We did have a warranty, not sure why my husband was asked to correct this issue). My husband went ahead and took a look anyway, and there was no way to remove the wheels without breaking them off, and assuming this would void our warranty, he left them on. We called the store back, only to be told they would come fix it, but it would be 4 days until someone could do the repair.(Meanwhile, our food is sitting in a refrigerator that doesn’t seal all the way, and we have to leave something propped against it to keep our food cold so it won’t spoil). Fast forward 4 days, and once again no one shows during the scheduled window of time. Towards the end of the window I received a call from Lee telling me that UPS had«just» dropped off the part he needed to repair the door(even though he told us it was the casters, it sounds like he knew it needed a proper seal all along). While I was glad he intended to repair it correctly now, he informed me it would take a few hours so he would need to reschedule for the following day, and would be here between 12:30 — 1:00. It is now after 2, and no Lee. I called to ask what was going on, and was told nonchalantly that he would be here shortly. I finally spoke up and reminded him this was the third time he was a no show/late show, and instead of apologies or any good customer service practices, he said, «The third time? Hmm. Well, I’ll be there shortly.» As a business owner myself, I cannot imagine how unsuccessful of a business I’d have if I treated my customers this way. I always behave professionally, and am respectful of their time. And while I try not to make mistakes, you’d better believe if I make a mistake, I am humble and take responsibility for my actions, and ensure that I make it right and don’t repeat my error again. At any rate, at this point I’m regretting the choice to purchase from them, and cannot recommend their services to anyone.
