After waiting in line for over 30 minutes in the layaway department I finally asked for a manager(Bruce) which when I addressed my concern as to how it is poor customer service to have one cashier in the layaway department with the holiday season, his only excuse was we had to many call outs. Which leads me to believe that they do not either A) hire quality people or B) they don’t treat their employees good. Which I would lean more towards B where they leave this poor girl alone doing lay aways until a customer speaks up! Get your act together Kmart if you want to make it through the holiday season with any loyal customers left!
