I went to Jimmy’s to have a speaker installed. I was already paranoid about Nina being touched but I was assured she was in good hands. The service took a few hours to complete when I picked the car up she sounded great. I was happy. That’s when things started to take a turn. I won’t bore you the details but I called the car shop adamant that they had done something inappropriate inside my car. Chad assured me that I was wrong, I insisted I was right the end result he offered me a car wash to take care of the issue. I was pleased. After about ten minutes I found out the true culprit was not Jimmy’s but an acquaintance of mine. Of course I called them to apologize for accusing their installer of being unprofessional. I was totally wrong and embarrassed. It just says a lot to their customer service to satisfy me as a customer even when he was certain his employee was innocent of what I accused him of.
