Jake’s actually improves my quality of life. They have found a way to get consistent $ 10 – 15 wines (and sometimes better) on their $ 5.99 discount rack. At that rate, they got me multiple cases of excellent wine and sparkling for my daughters wedding. It’s a small family owned liquor store, so there is limited selection, but as far as I’m concerned, this is the best wine/​liquor store I’ve shopped at and at present this is the only place I buy wine.

If you’re in town and looking for a reasonable liquor store. Go to Jake’s. So after talking to Dave (Jake’s grandson and who runs the place), we learned a little about his strategy. I’m impressed that he’s done a lot to learn the business and seems like a genuinely nice guy.
You won’t likely find any high end wines here but the wines you will find are quality and will undoubtedly have prices you will find hard to believe.
