This store is under new management and the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. A lot shorter wait times than most Verizon stores and they now have NO Contract plans now. I’m in!

Could a phone upgrade have gone worse? Yes. Could the ethics of the people working here have been worse? nope. Came in to upgrade my wife’s phone to a phone she had already chosen: simple enough. Verizon’s website said free on a two year upgrade, the employee said no, that’s wrong, they say it’s free but they’ll charge you and upgrade and then a monthly fee(simply false information having worked selling phones in the past and having just upgraded myself). I showed him via my own phone and he still disagreed, telling us that the phone is $ 150 with a $ 50 rebate. I said what the hell, let’s just get it over with. Finished the upgrade process rather quickly and walked out the door with a «free» android kit. A $ 79 value(two screen protectors, earphones, and a car charger). I could have bought these on amazon for a total of $ 15 anyhow but free is free right? WRONG. After we had returned home, with $ 150 spent on this phone(including upgrade fee). I looked over the list of paperwork for the rebate and could not believe what I saw. The phone itself was indeed, only $ 50, with a $ 50 rebate, making it $ 0(just as I had told him). So what made it $ 150? Well that FREE android kit? $ 80 plus tax. The employee charged us for an item a) we did not ask for and b) we were not told we were purchasing. Tack on the upgrade price, and the tax on the phone and you have a total of $ 150 for a purchase that should have been about $ 45. Buyer beware, I have never been scammed SO good in my life. Steer clear big tuna, head for open waters. I’ll be reporting Go Wireless to the BBB and writing a complaint letter regarding this employee.
