This banks suks ive been pushing hard for our customers to get a new atm as ours is akwqys broke shut down or whatever. Been complianed and even talked to the marketing manager for sac ca who refuses to call me back now. Ive pushing to put this on the news n hopefully soon. The bank is akways packed worh not enough workers during lunch rush all the employees at golden one also head to lunch while lines pack up out the doors. Now i looked at my bank acct today and they wiped my checking acct clean. And it just so happens i got my tax return and all gone i have a 4 year old qho i have to tell qe cant have dinner tonight because the bank stole daddys hard earned money. They say nothing abt it. Theyre not open long enough to help you its just bad we need to boycott this brank and bank. They can afford a downtown arena name… how? By stealing peoples hard earned money from there accounts. My online banks proves it.

Would not talk with my bank about whether or not a check had cleared. My bank, a medium sized one, based in California said it has never happened to them before that another bank or CU has not extended «Banking Courtesy» to them. I had to get them on a conference call with my bank and the check writer just to vrify that the check had cleared. They would not even allow the check writer to give them permission to talk to the bank, it had to be a conference call.

This is a good bank with a variety of standard services available to clients. They fall in the category between a large non client oriented bank like Wells Fargo or BofA and a small town bank like El Dorado Savings. Tellers are professional, but the thick plexiglas cage they are in is a bit prison like. The Auburn site does not have facilities for safe deposit boxes, so if you are looking for a place to stash your bullion this is not the place. The banking staff there will always be helpful, but for some items they won’t or can’t get involved. Rules are rules you know. All and all they provide good all around banking services, but aren’t as willing to help if your project is complicated. Bottom line. A great general services bank.
