Fortin built our house last year; It was such a seamless and easy process. They took care of the land purchase and then we went through various meetings to pick out each home item (flooring appointment, lighting appointment, paint appointment, etc). Our house was done in about 5 months which was impressive. We were missing a couple items after our build, like a screen for one of the windows (replaced eventually); and some heater register covers (never received). These were extremely minimal items. Honestly, the ease of having them coordinate our electrician, painter, plumber, and closing was well worth it. We would use them again if we decided to build again.
