I tried this place a while ago and it turned a Sunday brunch into a full afternoon affair. Service was terrible and once we finally placed our orders it took another hour to an hour and a half for everyone to receive their meals. Everyone received their meals at different times and we did not order anything complicated, everyone got a burger with the exception of one person that got chicken tenders. The food was fine but nothing special. And most definitely not worth the wait. There are far to many better burger options in auburn to waste your time here.

Doesn’t deserve a single star. First off we came to eat here on A-Day, the biggest day for restaurants and there was no one at the front to seat us. I work as a waitress so I wrote it off at first. But once we met our waitress, Chyna, that all changed. She told us out food would take longer than usual, so we were prepared. But, once the table who sat beside us and had their appetizer out way before us, we were a little upset. We looked at Chyna from a distance and she came up to us and said«you need any thing? You looked at me like you needed something.» My boyfriend and I look at each other in awe. We asked where our cheese fries were, and she said she’d ask the kitchen. It took 25MINUTES to get our cheese fries as an appetizer. Then we finally get our food. My wings came out wrong, and my boyfriend burger was well done when he asked for it to be cooked medium. When my wings out a few were pink. When we asked for the check she actually asked us if we wanted our beer to go. Needless to say, I’m a waitress, and I gave this girl a $ 0.00 tip. HORRIBLE! We wanted to talk to a manager but we couldn’t find one. DONOTGOHERE!

It doesn’t even deserve a single star. The place looks inviting from the street, and the hostess greeted us with a smile. She immediately escorted us to a table and announced that she would be taking care of us. It was down hill from there. We asked about the Mahi Mahi dinner and tacos. We were assured that this was fresh and never frozen. So, we order one of each. There wasn’t much else on the menu that meet our low carb — non fried way of eating. A few minutes later the waitress /hostess came out and tells us that they are out of Mahi Mahi. She asked if we wanted to see a menu. Like we memorized the menu? Of course we need a menu. We decided on grilled chicken breast. My wife and I were disappointed because why order something we can cook at home? This disappointed feeling was exponentially increased when the dinner came. The chicken was burned in the stripe marks and the grilled vegetables where in a small bowl. But they weren’t grilled, they were steamed. Soft, not grilled. The plates where boring and ugly. Burnt tiny chicken breast and not so grilled veggies. The waitress did the best job she could with what’s she has to work with. She should try to find a better chief to work with. This place should be closed before long.

Here’s a tip out of towners — don’t go here. Seems like a nice place: new looking building, big parking lot, can be seen from the main drag. These are all great traps for strangers to Auburn who need a quick meal. I was visiting my sister for an Auburn game and my family needed a quick bite to eat. Without my sister’s direction we ended up here. We walked in at 10pm and was greeted with 2 options: COLDESTEVER air conditioning or people smoking outside on the mild enclosed patio deck. We chose to sit on the patio with the loudest, smokiest, bar patrons ever. They were dropping swear words very loudly and pretty much harassing the server. It was miserable. The server tried to be helpful to us(I think). We said we wanted draft beer, she brought out a list. When we asked questions about the beer she would either say she had no idea what that beer was like or that they didn’t have that beer available. She didn’t even know how to say Hoegaarden or what it was like when my mom asked. All the beers on the«draft» list were brought out in bottles. SO odd. We all got burgers, no one thought they were all that great. Also, we all got french fries with our burgers but when I asked for ketchup — not just once but twice — there was still no ketchup to be had. The noisy patrons handed over theirs once we asked them. Maybe we were bonding over the bad service. She never apologized for forgetting it at all. Also, this is a tiny thing but only 2 of the 4 people that had burgers got a pickle. How do you decide who gets a pickle and who doesn’t? Seems just generally forgetful. Glad I will never ever have to go here ever again. I would avoid if at all possible.

So, I have eaten there a few times with work friends. The burgers are pretty good, so I thought that I would introduce wife to the restaurant. First, the hostess obviously didn’t tell the server that we were seated because I eventually had to flag someone down to take our order. When the food finally came, we had to ask for utensils and napkins. My wife and daughter both ordered burgers lettuce wraps. So about three bites into the meal, my wife shrieks as A WORMCRAWLSOUTOFHERFOOD. So she runs to the restroom and I get the attention of our server, who said that he is also the manager. I explain what happened and SHOWEDHIMTHEWORMCRAWLINGACROSSTHEPLATE. He agreed to take both burgers off of the bill and brings me the bill for my pizza. Now, I will admit that I told him to take the their burgers off, but expected that he would just apologize and comp everything, but NO. So, if you like a little extra protein with your otherwise average food, this is the place for you! Otherwise, you should pass on this place. It won’t last long!

We sat in a booth that was extremely uncomfortable. The food was average, at best.
