Empire performed maintenance on my yards for about a year. They never lived up to their promises to mow, edge, blow, and pull/​spray weeds. I constantly had to point out that they let weeds grow high, or that they were just blowing leaves into a back corner of the lot, etc. These were not unusual demands… just for them to do their job. After all, they were happy to take my money every month. They don’t seem to care about quality or providing the service that they promise. Look elsewhere.

We had them come out give us an estimate for Lawn Maintenance they came in with a very affordable quote, so we started the service that week.
On there first visit we could tell they were not a very professional company, the two crew members were walking all over the plants and area very unprofessional.
They were only there 15 for there first time they were servicing a new property.
They left patches unmowed in my small lawn (to the point when I had another company out for an estimate they commented on it)
What little they trimmed they left the clippings on the yard, they didnt even pull or treat any of the weeds like I discussed with the owner.
So I called him and left him a message about all the problems with the service, he called back a day later and didn’t want to see or talk about the problems just that he wanted to end our business together.
