Some time ago this company took a $ 2,000 deposit from me to refinish some windows to be installed in my home on the condition that they could produce a satisfactory sample of what the final product would look like. They could not do this and then only returned $ 1,200 of my money. We then entered into discussions on this and they agreed to return $ 650 more of my money. Upon emailing the company over a dozen times requesting this money and their many promises to do so, they have never returned it. I have also called them at least a dozen times to no avail.
Please take the above into consideration when you are deciding on someone to do work for you.
