Horrible experience here! Have a Desert Sun unlimited tanning package which is supposed to include all locations. Upon arrival I was told my finger would not scan so I could not tan. Surprise, surprise he told my husband the same thing!!! He (Travis) was rude and told us to go away. He said it was our fingers and not his machine. Are you kidding me??? Yes this really happened! Horrible experience.

OK, finally went there. Bought 6 tans. Could have gotten a discount if I «liked» them on Facebook the new bible. I told them I so not get or do Facebook and it is discrimination to only to give discounts to people with Facebook. Its like giving someone a discount because they’re pink. Or giving them a discount because they go to a particular church. Desert Sun does not have the right to hold back discounts because of certain clubs in groups memberships. It’s bad enough white people are taxed on tanning. I went there 6 times 4 out of the 6 times the people behind the desk could not locate my name in the computer even though I’m the only one in the United States with this particular name. So far I find the Desert Sun stores been to three of them they’re dumps and the girls don’t know how to operate the machines the customer service sucks you know I don’t know what the problem is here in Washington but hello why are you always so brain dead.

I Have spent a good deal of money at this location, and am a loyal customer, so I usually enjoy the service here. However –Today, the attendant was VERY rude to my daughter while I was waiting to tan. My daughter needed to use the restroom, and this particular worker shouted at my daughter and told her she could not use the restroom and that she was trespassing, even though my daughter told her twice I was a customer and was out in the waiting room. I am so upset by this occurrence, I will never use this location again. Super rude. Way to treat your loyal customers. I will talk the manager tomorrow.

I love the morning gal! She is knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. The place is clean, beds are great. I normally don’t tan I burn, and she was very understanding of what my needs were. Definitely recommend trying to beat the crowd and go in the morning. Afternoon crew, were a little overwhelming.

I wanted a tanning package and not a membership and the manager at this location hooked me up! I told her exactly what I wanted to achieve and she found the best package for me. No high pressure sales on anything including product. Very knowledgeable, friendly and great customer service all around.

Most people base these serviced companies off customer service, and well, i have to say the management is awesome, especially Evann (E-​v-​a-​n-​n). If you ever have a problem youll get taken care of for sure as in my case. Couldnt be more happy. Good Job

Their medium pressure beds (gold level) are not maintained at all. I went in for full time and did not get any results. It’s pretty disappointing seeing that there are people who shell out hundreds of dollars for this place. Also, when I went in I noticed that the place was not air conditioned. The tanning beds get hot, and heat up the building considerably. I could not wait to get out of there and will not be coming back.

I am a very fair skinned girl, and not usually someone who goes to tanning beds. However I’m getting married and going on a tropical vacation in the near future, and thought it might be a good idea to get a base tan before I go. I decided to walk into this Desert Sun location to see if there was a chance I could get in a few times before I go. Well, it was not so good. First I am greated by a couple of girls that weren’t very concerned with helping a new customer, then I’m told it’s going to cost the same to come 2 – 3 times as it would the whole month. No other options period… NO THANKS!!! I will not be back. If you have lots of money to burn, and like being treated badly then this is the place for you. I would rather go on my honeymoon and burn.

I tan at this Desert Sun location pretty often. All in all, I’ve had very good experiences there. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They do their best to accommodate customers needs and don’t use high pressure sales techniques. Roxy is by far the best sales rep there and remains cheerful even with a flurry of activity.
The tanning beds that I’ve used (Medium and High pressure) have all been in good working order and definitely are newer than most places I’ve been. Some of the timer readouts are shot on a few machines, but nothing that would affect your tan.
My one complaint with them is that they say they have a strict walk in only policy, but I’ve routinely seen people cut in line because they called ahead. What’s up with that??!
