Dental Surgery Center Of Auburn

My son was treated there in March 2015. I was told he needed caps or his teeth would look terrible. Well the teeth could not look worse they were replaced with teeth much smaller than his own and poor quality of material was used as they always look blue or grey. His smile was originally amazing before they got to him. Now his teeth are closing in and I am certain he will need braces due to their work. Not only this, but I am STILL to this day I am arguing with Kids Choice Dental their billing office, as I paid for the surgery an so did my insurance. It has been almost a year with no refund check for the duplicate payment caused by their inability to bill the insurance correctly in the first place. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CHILD’S TEETH THEY WILL NOT LOOK BETTER!

This was my families first time using this dentist. My daughter was referred by her regular dentist for surgery. I think i will always be uncomfortable with children receiving surgery without the parent in the room but thats normal in the medical field understandable! BUT WHAT IS NOT NORMAL IS PARENTS SIGNING A CONSENT FORM OR ALLERGY FORM AND ITS NOT ACKNOWLEDGE… I asked verbally and Written that my child not have flouride. About an hour after surgery we were trying to wake her up when i noticed brown foam coming out her mouth I then ask a staff member that was there what it was and her reply was AH THATS JUST FLOURIDE, THATS WHEN I told her that i wrote no flouride she then went to get the head dentist and all she could do is appologize for the neglegience of her staff not even herself when if your in charge your the overseer of all operations YOU ARE THE MAIN SOURCE OF CORRECTIONS BEFORE THEY BECOME PROBLEMS SHE THEN WENT ON TO QUESTION WHY WE FEEL OPPOSSED TO FLOURIDE WHICH PERSONALLY NOT HER BUSINESS BUT I STILL EXPLAINED MY VEIWS ON IT… IF YOU CANT TRUST THEM TO FOLLOW PARENTS WRITTEN REQUEST HOW CAN YOU TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CHILDS HEALTH AND ALONE???
