My fiancé and I had planned on going here for our wedding flowers. We made an appointment back in February 2013. We made our appointment to meet with someone ahead of time and showed up for our appointment and were told that the coordinator wasn’t there and wouldn’t be for a couple hours. One woman tried to help us to the best of her ability. However, all she managed to do was offend us. At one point in time she she eluded to the fact that it was partially our fault that the coordinator wasn’t there since we made the appointment for the week after valentines day. When she asked me what kind of flowers I wanted, I told her, and she told me that they were very expensive and actually asked if we were prepared to pay for that! I know we look young but I couldn’t believe that she would actually question a potential customer’s ability to pay for a product. Needless to say, we exited as soon as possible and never went back. We went elsewhere in town and couldn’t be happier with the 180 degree customer service that we received elsewhere. Do not go here for your flowers! Apparently they are too big to care about the needs of the individual customer!
