Always so slow! They always run out of popular items and have conversations with one another rather than work. They are lucky they have good food but worst chipotle franchise I’ve ever been to.

Received a coupon for a free burrito, bowl, etc. Zero restrictions printed on the coupon other than saying you can’t combine it with another coupon. I go to pay and they want to charge me $ 3.50 because I got extra meat. Nowhere on the coupon does it say that’s not covered. Manager was no help and not willing to do anything. And we wonder why chipoltle was closed down for a week+…

Literally the WORST chipotle I have every been to. Anyone that gives a positive review of this chipotle lived somewhere that had no chipotle, then they went to auburn for college and live in a dorm room where all they eat is barely edible meal plan food so this place tastes decent in comparison. Here is a list of all of the problems at this chipotle. 1) the employees simply DONT listen. If you ask for mild salsa, they just poor on hot. If you ask for light beans, they just put the usual amount. I asked one time if they could give me just plain corn(not the corn salsa) which most chipotles have underneath the counter. Well they didnt listen to me, and put on the regular corn salsa. I said i didnt want that(my boyfriend is allergic to red onion) and their solution was to pick the onions out… 2) Dont EVER get the salad. The dressing is strangely coaugulated and weird 3) At most chipotles, the mild salsa looks like a freshly made pico de gallo. At this chipotle, I think they use canned diced tomatoes. There is nothing fresh about it. 4) The water is the most disgusting tap water i have ever tasted. 5) I asked one time for the mini chips(which all chipotles have). I paid the 99 cents for it, and they said they would make the bag for me when they had time. Well, they never brought it. Since my friend also ordered the mini chips, i made them just hand me the bigger bag and we split it after waiting over 5 minutes. 6) The normally bright green romaine lettuce at most chipotles that is next to the guac is shredded iceberg here. 7) The corn is also completely pale and white. I think they use canned white corn at this chipotle instead of the fresh and bright yellow corn at other chipotles. DONOTGOHERE. This place has the worst management, employees, ingredients, etc, etc, etc. They get away with it because they are in a small college town that is mostly college kids and they assume that it is an excuse to have lower standards. DONOTGOHERE. Bright side is they just opened a chipotle in tiger town opelika about 20 min away that is great! Go there and not here. Taco bell is better quality than this chipotle.

Very nice. I have been a Chipotle regular since their early beginnings. This location has plenty of seating and the staff were well trained at this location. There is an outside seating area that seats around 40 people. Not a convenient location if you are traveling through town, it’s located nearby the local college campus.

The Chipotle here is pretty disappointing compared to Atlanta and metro-Atlanta locations. The seasoning on the beans and meats are bland, and the salsas here do not have a kick to them at all. Chipotle will always be my go to, except this location. P. S. the tap water here. It’ll give you a wtfbbq expression after the first sip. Please fix the quality of the water.

It’s one of the fast food restaurants closing to Lowder Hall where I went to school everyday. I love their customize burrito or bowl. Their steak are tasted awesome. TacoBell compares Chipotle is like nothing. I just don’t understand why they print host as Asian on my receipt.

I arrived tonight to find locked doors… at 9:27PM. They’re supposed to close at 10PM. Maybe that was just a one time occurrence?

I’ve never eaten at a Chipotle that I didn’t love. Fresh REAL food. It’s the only«fast» food place I consider remotely healthy. This location doesn’t disappoint but what I’m most impressed with is their consistent good and fast service. They can get large amounts of people though the line quickly and with good attitudes and friendly smiles. It makes waiting in line bearable. I will say, though, that its extremely loud in the restaurant. If you want to chat and the place is busy, either get it to go or sit on the patio(which is my preference). Enjoy!

When I saw Chipotle finally coming to Auburn, being the sick fan I was, walked by every day awaiting the day that I can have my Tex-Mex fix. I’ve only had good experiences here. I love that you can customize your meal to just about anything. I go as far as to mixing up my rice, beans, and meats. They gave my friend a free meal one time for it just being her birthday. For Chipotle’s Halloween special, I came in with a Pikachu hat and they charged me a $ 1 for my burrito bowl. If I had only one restaurant I could go to for the rest of my life, this would be it. I avoid this place because when I have one meal here, I end up eating here for every meal for the next week.

Love this place. I wish they had a whole grain burrito, but just go for the bowl instead. I like fast food I can make healthy like this. Wayyyyy better than Moes. Very«fresh» tasting food.

Reasons I love Chipotle 1. It is delicious. I think I’ve tried everything on their menu and I haven’t been disappointed yet. You can tell everything used is fresh. So tasty! 2. It provides variety. Granted that I usually get the same thing every time I go, there are over 100 different combinations(potentially more) one could get. Some people switch things up and some people stick to one combination. The possibilities are endless 3. It is relatively inexpensive. The vegetarian and chicken meals cost about $ 6.68 after tax. Sure the guacamole and drinks are extra but I still think it is a good deal for the value of the food 4. Their concern for the welfare of animals. Chipotle is NOT perfect but they are working towards it. I love their motto. Food with Integrity. I love that they are trying to make a difference even though they get a lot of flack for it. 5. Their goal for all things natural. A certain proportion of their food is organic and that percentage grows every day. The same reason they don’t have queso. They care about what they put in their food, almost as much as I care about what goes into my body. 6. It is GREAT fast food. I hate to call Chipotle fast food cause it is in different category of its own but that is essentially what it is. It doesn’t matter how long the line is, they’ll get you through quickly. Before you know it, you’ll be munching on the amazingness that is Chipotle. 7. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. I’m not vegan or gluten free but I have friends who appreciate that they can always bank on Chipotle for their dietary options. 8. They are everywhere. Thanks to my iPhone app, I can almost always find a Chipotle when I go out of town. Recent locations that come to mind include North Carolina, Tuscon Arizona, Houston TX and Madison Wisconsin. I was thankful that I could get the same great food and service 9. They came to Auburn, Alabama. I called, emailed and Facebooked Chipotle a million and one times, encouraging them to come to the best college town ever. Of course I didn’t exactly tell the complete truth. Like how I had very few options for food and how I really needed a Chipotle to help me tolerate this town. They checked it out and they came. And I’m eternally grateful. 10. It is pretty much impossible to get tired of Chipotle. I have lost track of the number of times I’ve been there since it opened. The staff know what I want when I walk in. They hire amazing people and cook great food. I could(and do) eat Chipotle every day. Sometimes twice day. Amazing!

The food was good, but they don’t give free chips and salsa like Moe’s does. The line was pretty long too, but that’s to be expected since it’s a new restaurant right next to campus. I prefer Moe’s.

Fresh tasting salsa. It’s better than Moe’s but not worth all the hoopla. I’d rather pay less for some pig slop from any of the local Mexican restaurants.

I was very exciting when I knew that there would be a new restaurant on the Magnolia Ave, but when I have launch there, I found there are seldom choices and the vegetables are even cold. It is definitely not worth that price. I would prefer to have launch at Hibachi Sushi Grill & Buffet.

I will start by saying this: This place opened last Tuesday, and I have already eaten here 10 times. Sadly though, my streak will end tonight at 10. I am ashamed. This place is like what Moe’s Southwest should be. The meat looks real(and it’s seasoned/marinated in a very good way), the veggies look and taste fresh, the rice looks like rice(and it’s much tastier!), the cheese tastes like cheese, and the corn salsa provides a titillating mouth orgasm. Some people complain that it has less features than Moe’s; no queso, no nachos, you have to pay for quac… etc. But I really don’t find a problem with that. All of the other ingredients taste soooo much better that it really overrides any of the noticeable differences between the two places. In regards to price, this place is overall about the same as Moe’s. The burrito’s are cheaper, but you have to pay for quac and chips. But really, if you’re ordering a burrito, you don’t need either of those things because you’ll be full enough once you’re done. The service here is really fast, or so it has been these last two weeks since opening, and everyone working here seems enthusiastic. And they should because this place doesn’t suck. However, you’ll notice I give this place 3 stars. It’s really a 4 star place, but I adamantly refuse to give a nationwide chain 4 stars. So suck it. Chipotle, I love you.
