Love this«chain» that started right here in a Auburn. Delicious chicken salad(especially Sassy Scotty) at reasonable prices and with great service. Their one pound Togo chicken salads are a great deal!

Wow… who would have thought chicken salad could be so good. Service was excellent, décor very nice, new, and clean. I got the Trio, but honestly the Kicken Kay Lynne was so good the others were overshadowed. When they give you a scoop, it’s a big scoop. My wife got a Trio and could only eat ½ of it. I ate all mine and was very full. I will return.

I loved the restaurant style and meal options. This was my first visit to any Chicken Salad Chick. I got the Original as they state that is what got them started. The meal came with a delicious bowl of fruit and cookie! Yum! The chicken salad, however was surprisingly bland, had to salt and pepper. I would like to go back, maybe to try a different style, as I do love chicken salad.

I had the trio with Classic, Kicken Kay Lynne and Fancy Nancy. It’s hard to decide which one was the best, but leaning towards Fancy Nancy. We will be taking a pound of that one home with us and we will be back.

My friends had raved about Chicken Salad Chick a while ago, and I went and wasn’t too impressed(got the Classic Carol), and the girl taking my order seemed jaded. But fast forward a few years, and I’m a solid devotee after discovering the wonder that is the Sassy Scotty. That and the onion-filled Dixie Chick are my jams. I brought some new converts to the new flagship location the other day. It seems a little brighter than the old space and has three different dining areas to choose from. All the employees were smiling and pleasant. Hint: make a left to get to the ordering area. Usually I get the Chick Trio for $ 8.29 and find that I can’t even eat the third scoop. It’s a generous amount of food for the price. The Chick also works nicely as a place to meet folks since with around 15 salad options, you can pretty much please everyone. Except maybe a vegan. The cookies are always soft and moist. The grape salad is like a dessert! Yum. Broccoli salad and pasta salad are recommended as well. Some minor suggestions: *More lettuce on the Chick Trio *Have fresh lemon wedges out for water and iced tea *Hi-res photos on the menu *List of bread options on the menu *Open on Sundays/holidays(just ’cause when I’m in town for holidays, CSC is closed) *Nutritional information on the website Chicken Salad Chick is rapidly expanding, so if there’s not one in your neck of the south, I’m sure one will pop up soon.

Try the«rooster’s choice» chicken salad on a croissant with fresh fruit on the side. It’s my favorite.

I don’t think I’ll ever have any chicken salad that will match the comfort I had when I first came to Auburn and tried out Chicken Salad Chick. The chicken salad does taste dry in comparison to other chicken salads but in return comes texture and substance beyond the mayonnaise. I ordered the Barbie-Q, Luau Lydia, Cranberry Kelly. I honestly couldn’t really taste much of a difference between Luau Lydia or Cranberry Kelly but that doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy it. The Barbie-Q was the winner of my lunch. It has a subtle, BBQ taste. It’s enough to fill you up for the rest of the day. The portion sizes of the scoops seem pathetic until you start eating it and realize how pathetic you were for ever thinking that.

my favorite«go to» for lunch. I love their chicken salad, I always get their Sassy Scotty scope with a side of broccoli salad. I crave it at least once a week! The catering also is great, we used this for our son’s first birthday and everything was wonderful :)
