Stopped in to get a bacon biscuit to go. Nice size and tasty, but even with the rise in pork prices, $ 3 is very steep. The Carl Superette and Café is less than 2 miles away and has biscuits (at worst) equally as good. Had an excellent bacon, egg and cheese biscuit there for $ 2.79

Went here for breakfast and had the country ham egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was of ample size, about 4×4 and thank goodness not to bready. They used the right amount of shortening when making this biscuit. Some places serve ho-​cake and call it biscuit. The egg was cooked perfectly and the ham was good.
