I’ll use this to clean up reviews. Dylan S. first of all I think you got the wrong Cleaner. The shop is run by a woman: my mom, not a man. I’m sure she’s not dumb enough to yell racial slurs against you especially since we ourselves are also asian we’d be insulting ourselves by then. And also, if you have any complaints then we’ll be glad to redo the job free of charge if we messed it up. I don’t want to see my my mom’s work be under rated for things that could easily be solved.

This is where I get my dry cleaning and alterations done. They always do great work. I’ve been going here for nearly 10 years and have always had my clothing and cleaning done perfectly. I’ve had lots of alterations done here, too. Very good. I would gladly recommend them.

So. When I came here to get my black trench coat dry cleaned, I expected nothing but an exceptional job due to its generously sprinkled 5 star reviews.
Nevertheless, they did a stinky rotten job.
I got my coat back before the movie premier.
Well well well, what is this discovery? ! It seems a rather odd, white, encrusted stain was across the back that just wouldn’t rub off, rather noticeable, and made me very upset. I had to re-​wash it at home just to get it out. Not sure what it was, but I am never trusting a dry cleaners in all of Auburn again.

This place is literally awful.
The owner of this shop just water-​washed a wool sweater and refused to fully
take responsibility of my sweater.
The sweater shrink and I can’t wear it anymore.
It was my one of the most favorite American tailor brand sweater and I can’t believe this happened to me.
I’m really upset the way he treated his customer.
I claimed to pay the price of the clothes, and ready to show receipt to prove
I bought the cloth and the real price of it.
But the owner kept calling his customer «Liar» and don’t give any shit what I said.
My heart was really hurt because he ruined my cloth and my dignity.
Also, he insisted «Chinese people don’t buy clothes over $ 100».
Such a evil RACIST idea and insults.
I’m a Korean but I did not fight against his opinion because I didn’t want to be a same person as him
I would never say DO NOT go Auburn best Laundry (I don’t believe the work «BEST» but anyway) but please consider owner’s improper action to his customers.
I strongly believe this can be happened to ANYONE.

I am so pleased with this place. I needed to find a new dry cleaner. I checked Unilocal and this place had only 2 reviews but I thought I would give them a try. I had two women’s jackets that I needed cleaned for work and one needed repairs to the lining. I just picked up both jackets and they did such a wonderful job. They both look like new and the repairs to the lining are perfect. It’s a small shop and appears to be a family business. I will definitely be back!

This place does alterations and cleaning. I came here because my wedding dress was too big after I lost weight right before my wedding. They were able to alter my dress and clean it in 5 days. Their prices are really reasonable and they seem to do a lot of business here.
