Giving these people a one star rating is even to much. First off they put the wrong shade of tint on my car. Second off the ruined my rear window defroster by removing my old tint and replacing it with new tint. When I called them to ask about this situation and I quote. He screamed at me and said «fuck off» to me his customer! I would never recommend this shop to any one for any service what so ever! If you have any problem with them they just tell you to fuck off! I will be calling the better business on them and filling a complaint with them as well. I have never been treated so rudely or disrespectful from any one in my life! This place is absolutely horrible! Horrible tint job and even worse customer service! Can’t believe hey are even in business! These people suck!

Good spot. They are timely, budget friendly, perform quality work, reliable, and easy to work with. I have used them for tint, and detail. Both were pleasant experiences.

Bought a nearly-​new truck… from a smoker. Spent 500 bucks elsewhere getting it cleaned, but smell persisted. Auburn Auto Detail got it out in one afternoon for a reasonable fee. I was ready to sell the vehicle until I took it here. These guys… Rockstars.

We have been going to Frank for well over 10years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s done window tint on several cars for us as well as full detail. He detailed a car for us that we’re selling on short notice he got us in and did an awesome job it looks brand new!!! We will keep going to him and keep referring people there.

I had been here before for window tinting and they did great job ! I got a gift certificate for a detail job. It was complete full in and out and it is like a new truck ! Love it. They are friendly and quick. Highly recommend.

I called two auto tint shops in Auburn to have my windows tinted. Chose Auburn Auto Detail and while the products does look good with the exception of a hair under my drivers side window the customer service was poor. Additionally, Frank would not honor a 10% auto tint coupon for Auburn Auto Detail.
