Best car purchase ever. No hardsell at all. It started out just my wife and I stopping by to look at cars and with Rick greeting us and showing us around and having a casual conversation we decided to make a deal with only 15 minutes till closing and that’s all it took with him, Don and Nate making it happen that night. When our new 2016 Mdx arrived and we came to pick it up, Heather had everything ready for us and the transaction couldn’t go any smoother. They even surprised us with yet another incentive discount that had become available! Don spent a great deal of time going over the newest features and Rick made sure he was present for the delivery and stayed until we drove away. Everyone at Acura of auburn that we had the pleasure of talking to or dealing with was friendly, courteous and respectful. We were absolutely satisfied with everything. Acura of Auburn is how a car dealership should work. Dealing with them is straightforward, they go out of their way to accommodate my needs and they don’t rip me off. I contrast this to our Audi dealer(Father’s & Son’s — West Springfield, MA) who, even after buying three cars from them(no more, ever) seem to go out of their way to try to rob me and do disservice. The service team here is top notch, and our vehicle, which we purchased new from this dealership now has nearly 100k miles on it and has never given us even 1 problem. Great(kinda boring, though) cars, great service, non sleazy approach to customer service and low turnover of staff, as far as I can tell. It all adds up to people with whom you want to do business. If you can afford an Acura, buy one here.

Had to bring my vehicle in for general maintenance. From the moment I made my appointment to the time when I picked up my vehicle, I felt like I was being taken care of and appreciated as a customer. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything in detail so I understood what they were doing. The price was quite reasonable, and they provided a multi-point inspection, wash, and vacuum along with the service I had done. All in all, I would recommend them to have your vehicle serviced — and it does not have to be an Acura. I should mention, Jeff Neal is the service manager, and he did a great job. Thanks guys
