Visiting Auburn for the weekend and needed a workout. Day pass was $ 10 which I felt was definitely appropriate. Small gym, older equipment and few cardio machines. Place was clean which was a plus. Got my workout in so I was happy. Recommend definitely if you happen to be in the area and need to get a workout in. Bring a lock if you need to use a locker.

By far the best gym I have ever been a member with. The staff is always willing to help and are extremely knowledgeable. 1 Lifestyle Fitness treats it’s members like a big Family. Clean facility, great environment, huge selection of equipment. Keep up the great work 1 Lifestyle Fitness!!!

Fantastic trainers, great variety of classes. I actually look forward to working out here. They have upgraded a lot of equipment, and now have childcare and a new spin room! Excited to see the continued improvements, and work out with friendly people and trainers that motivate.
