My husband and I came to this location today to upgrade our phone and we had a great experience! Bryan helped us today and he gave us nothing less then great quality customer service. He was a good salesman but more than that he was friendly, personable, kind, and extremely helpful. I would definitely come back to see him in the future. The other staff were all helpful, friendly and smiling. This location not only had the phone I wanted in stock but they had it in every color! Overall it was my best sprint experience up to date(coming from a 12+ year customer). Thank you Bryan.

The last few times I went to a sprint store I had issues. This is suppose to be a corporate store but they would not exchange my(1 year warranty item with receipt) because it was from another store. The other sprint store said they don’t uphold the 1 year warranty item listed on their package because they are not a sprint store. I think it was worth them fixing this $ 30 problem because I actually called on the 14th day after I bought it explaining I had just plugged it in for the first time and it wouldn’t work but I couldn’t make it up to the store until morning. So I guess it was worth them losing 4 lines over this issue because since we were no longer in a contract we decided to go with Verizon, best decision ever!
