Absolutely horrible service… and we only went to the drive thru! Had to repeat order twice at the call box to an employee who’s boredom could actually be felt through the screen. Pull up to the pay window and meet Ms. Personality– who we’ve apparently angered with our mystery order, because it was never entered into the system. Time to repeat the order a 3rd time, I guess. Pull forward, pick up order, and guess what? It’s wrong. And what was this overly complicated feast we requested? A medium diet Coke and a large regular Coke.
Bottom line, skip this store. There is another one a mile away.

Even when verbally reciting my order back to them in the drive thru, they assured me it was correct. What I got? A bag of random dollar menu items, old and kind of stale, not what I ordered, and a half dr. pepper, half water mix. I tried to eat some of the food they did give me, but it was disgusting, the mcchicken patty was tough (did not order), and the fries were old and cold. I have had severe stomach pain for the last hour. This restaurant should be shut down. Employees that intentionally give out garbage food and watered down soda? Even after you tell them what should be in the bag? Pathetic. Definitely reporting them.

Stopped in this morning for a large coffee and egg mc muffin, you know, a #1. First they waited on the outside drive through first so I was first in, last served. When I was finally waited on I got the «I have too much work to do» excuse. Then I get my meal with a small coffee and she accuses me of being at fault for that too. You people want $ 15 an hour? You are not worth $ 3.

Worst McDonald’s on planet earth, staff was woefully incompetent. There were a total of approximately 10 people in the entire restaurant and it took them 20 minutes to turn out meals. They seem to have no awareness of customer service. Also their prices were different than most McDonald’s on the higher side. They must not be a licensed franchisee.

McDonald’s can never get a rating above 3 stars in my mind. A delicious breakfast sandwich and hashbrown before we hit the road for a 13 hour drive home. Well worth it! Celtics won the night before, beating the Pistons in Game 3 of the Conference Finals. What a way to start the next day and a road trip!
