Luxor uses quality products and clean equipment! Those are the most important factors followed closely by the job they do on my nails, and Luxor nailed it. haha.
I was very happy with the spa pedicure & gel manicure I received. Really good work and my legs felt great after the pedi.
I was there for 3 hours, which was a bit long, but it was relaxing and I enjoyed it. I don’t know that I would get both services done at the same time in the future because 3 hours is too long.

Is Shellac supposed to be clumpy and leaking outside the nail bed? I don’t get shelleac often but this just looks wrong. Im leaving for vacation and don’t evwn have time to fix it. The guy was nice and all… but it looks like a kid painted my nails.

Do not let the older lady wax your eyebrows… she took half mine off! It is also very dirty in the waxing room and a child was running around! They did however give me my money back after royally messing up my eyebrows!

Every time I go here, I am never disappointed by the incredibly caring and attentive staff, the color selections, and most of all, the cleanliness. This is a great nail salon and I hope that they continue to do well.

I have been a customer for more than six years. Annie runs a clean shop and any techs who do not adhere to her standards are quickly gone. They get a lot of walk in traffic from the mall so it tends to be congested on weekends. Best times to visit are weekdays, and to make an appt. I have Reynauds and have two fellows I see regularly and they take very good care of me. Tip in cash.

Is a zero star rating possible? I don’t know why I keep coming back. I thought Iwould try making an appointment with the best manicurist here.
I sat for 45 min past my appointment time, soaking. until the skin should have all fallen off …I am DONE!

Wow, people were pretty harsh on this salon. They seem to do an excellent business. I arrived about 9:50 and by 10:00 (their posted opening time) all 8 of their pedicure chairs were full.
I didn’t have any of the problems the other reviewers mentioned. They had signs on the wall saying they will open sanitized tools in front of you or else your service is free. I won’t be back just because I don’t live in the area, but this place really wasn’t as terrible as everyone was making it out to be.

I went here this past weekend with two of my girlfriends. We made an appointment so we could get our mani/​pedis together. We were placed in the pedi chairs to soak for about 30 – 45 min before a tech started performing the service. My mani was okay, but one of my girlfriends needed to have her nails repainted twice! The place became packed as we were there, with many customers soaking in the pedi chairs for 1 hr! The cleanliness was also questionable. I witnessed tech trying to place a customer in the SAME soaking water as a previous customer!
