Rude and unprofessional all around. Even their dispatch person was extremely rude to the roadside assistance representative who was trying to help me. The insurance company said they will be filling a complaint against this company. I don’t understand how an operation this poorly run stays in business.

Worst service ever! We were told a wait time of 1.5 hours. I came to retrieve my husband from work so I had the kids. Took them to play at Mc D’s during wait driver called after 45 min said he arrived. It took us 5 –10 minutes to get back to lot, as we pulled in he was pulling out said he could not help us and that he already voided our claim and said he would not do anything for us and pulled off. He was so rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend them! I would give them no stars if it were an option.
