I wish I could give zero stars. What a joke of an establishment. I bought something on 10⁄15 unsure if I liked it, brought it back with tags the next day still in the bag. No refunds. Their phenomenal customer satisfaction business model is not the only thing keeping this company on top. I also noticed the
official merchandise website had the sweatshirt I was interested in listed for $ 30 cheeper. I showed the salesman, he said «ok, we don’t match prices». So no refunds, and far more expensive than the actual nfl site.
