Brian, who works at this Taco Bell, is the most energetic, courteous, and thoughtful fast food chain employee we have ever come across. He gets our drinks to us quickly, makes sure our food is fresh, and apologizes if we have to wait for more than a minute for our order. He is very upbeat and it is easy to see that he is passionate about his job by the work ethic he exhibits. We stop at this Taco Bell every time we go through Aubrey, just for the great service we know we will get. Brian has a way of lifting spirits in an instant. A job well done!

I really hate writing bad reviews as I work at a restaurant and I know how it feels to be grilled by a review for a mistake but I’ve had issues here a few times and this time was just a huge mess. I understand that our order was customized — I had a cheesy potato burrito with beans instead of meat and my friend had 2 burritos with extra beef and cheese; the only problem is that we didn’t receive either of these correctly. Even though my friend paid somewhere around $ 3 extra she didn’t feel like going in to correct the order, but my burrito had chicken on it. I asked for another one and the lady who took my order looked at the burrito and said«those are beans». I have no idea how you can look at a piece of chicken and say that its beans and just walk off. The ONLY reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the guy at the front gave me a new burrito and seemed pretty decent about it.

This is one of the worst Taco Bell ever!!! Make the drive to the 423 location at least those people are professional and polite. The managers could care less, the employees are poorly trained and they will get your order wrong for sure. I have only called a customer service hotline in a negative manner twice in years and it was both against this Taco Bell.

Poor service. They seem to get the order wrong most of the time, Always out of hot sauce, and the drinks are often pure carbonation with no syrup. Not to mention they skimp on ingredients. Come on guys!!!

I haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell in about four years, but my brother talked about the AM Crunchwrap with such exuberance that I was sold. This is probably the cleanest Taco Bell you’ve ever seen(sounds like that’s because it’s new, too). The folks working breakfast were really nice, and I don’t even know how to tell you how good breakfast was without sounding embarrassed that this meal was at a Taco Bell. Cinnabon melt things are fried to-order, so you kind of just die a little when you eat one. Crunchwrap looked picture-perfect and was beyond awesome. Don’t be a pleb– go classy and get the steak. Probably the best $ 4.98 breakfast I’ve had since before the economy crashed a few years ago.

Soda was pure carbonation(no syrup) and tacos had been sitting for a while. Can’t wait for the Fuzzy’s to open so we can get a real taco around here!

Honestly, the breakfast is not at all what I thought it would’ve been. Grab the crunch wrap for breakfast. You may regret it later, lol but it is tasty!

These places are always great when they first open. Give it 6 months and we’ll see of the consistency remains.
