It really such a shamed that people do not find the time to search for real food instead of fast food. This restaurant is beyond beautifully delicious! Great customer service, great food. One taste remind me back in China. Would come again for Chinese food.

One of my favorite places, the owners are great. My husband and I have lunch here a least once a month and the waitress always remembers our order. The portions of food are very reasonably priced. Salt and pepper shrimp is amazing!

I have been to several Chinese restaurants and have yet to be satisfied. Well finally I am satisfied. Hong Kong Atwater is by far the best that I have experienced. Clean, great service, price and best of all great taste.

Amazing! My parents & I ordered the «meal for 3» people. It was not only tasty but serving sizes were huge! We had plenty of left overs to take home! I would definitely come back again. The chow mein, honey walnut shrimp, & wonton soup. Definitely recommend !

Had dinner here tonight. Ordered dinner #1 and #2 and received food in a palm-​sized plate. The second plate of main food came 20 minutes later. The food also smell like there was weed in it. Also ordered the hot and sour soup. The soup was super sour… I mean too sour and the egg was stirred and beat all the way. I took one spoonful of the sour and I almost threw up. I have had 10x hot and sour soup somewhere else and I could make better soup at home too. Good fried rice though and the busgirl was nice and soft-​spoken. Will only go back for shrimp with lobster sauce.

We are a fan of the flavor and prices for this place. As you know finding a Chinese restaurant can be hit or miss. This place is a hit for us.
I was recommended this place by a co-​worker who says they travel from Modesto after church with his family.
Located in the KMart shopping center on the left next to another good Mexican shop with quick take-​out food. (just gave out two shout outs in one review lol)

Pretty sure the previous reviewers had some isolated incidents. Went here today with a client and was apprehensive at first but the facility was clean, food was delicious, and service was great and quick too. This place was recommended by a client, so I took their word for it, glad I did. Had the Mongolian Beef as the lunch special. It had great flavor, came with a soup and fried rice. Overall a good experience. Check it out sometime.

Warning: My wife and I decided to try this place for a quick bite. We both ordered different entrees as usual, since we both have different taste preferences. The food seem to be prepared quickly. It looked and tasted good. Unfortunately for us, within a couple of hours of eating, we both became very nauseous and remained quite ill for the rest of the night. We’ll go elsewhere in the future.

Ya’ll are trippin! This place is THE BOMB! I usually get the $ 6 lunch combination plate w/​Kung pao chicken, pork fried rice and pork chow mein. You say no flavor??? This food tastes authentic and you can’t beat the price, but everyone has their own taste! The orange chicken, the honey walnut shrimp, and several other items are VERY GOOD compared to other places. Don’t even compare it to panda. Panda Express is not authentic! And once again… the price!!! ;)

The food had no flavor. We got two different combo dinner plates. The rice and chow mein seemed like it was old. Everything was really really greasy. I felt like I was eating at panda Expreas. Crab ragoons were really good. Service was polite.

Very good food. I have to say that this place is miles better than the restaurant that was there before. We order the daily soup (potato, carrot, chicken, egg drop), sliced BBQ pork appetizer, almond chicken, and pork fried rice and ate family style. House soup was very tasty and almond chicken was amazing and juicy. The sliced pork was very good, not dry and they gave a really good amount for the money. I really recommend for anyone wanting real chinese and not fakey panda express in Atwater. They also have lunch combos and dinner combo plates and have delivery.

I have eaten here several times now and the food is always consistently fresh & good. Very pleasant service. Restaurant has been updated with new booths and new chairs for the tables + large, flat-​screen TV.
Best Chinese food in Atwater — might even be able to include Merced. + they offer delivery.
