ARMS One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

I have been using Arms, which is now One Hour for more than 10 years. I have had an entire HVAC replaced in one house and am now looking at replacing another in our new house. Had service done on the 16 year old system in our «new» house. We’ve live here for the past four years and have had One Hour do the maintenance on the system. Today, another great tech came out and reported everything was good for a system that old. No trying to sell me anything, no pressure for additional maintenance not covered by the contract. Just good service I’ve come to expect from Arm’s One Hour.
If you try them you can expect contact from the office to remind you of the appointment and a call the day of when the tech is on their way. Friendly, caring people which is a rare thing these days.

The service technicians Chris S. and Jeff H. were very careful, clean, and professional from start to finish when installing our new air conditioning unit and furnace.

The techs always show up within the given time frame. They wear protective «booties» over their shoes in the house every time! They are very thorough in their explanation of the work that has been or needs to be done. The office staff is great at communicating with clients; scheduling appointments, making reminder calls and notification that the tech is en route. We are satisfied customers.

It was a pleasure to have Chris and Jeff in our home. They are such hard workers! The job was finished a day earlier than expected. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were very professional.

I will never use these guys again. They gave me a price and then added another $ 1800 to replace some ducting. I showed them a Home Depot add that listed the ducting for $ 300. $ 1500 labor — nice. Then they mailed me some forms and told me to contact the county inspector which shocked me and the inspector. This was their responsibility. They said they would be back for a yearly service. That didn’t happen either.

SUPERIOR customer service. Been dealing with them for well over 25 years and NEVER late, no attitudes, no one trying to rip you off. Customer service is their number one priority, and it shows.
We have a warranty, and a service plan where they come and check our HVAC every year, and they ate true professionals.
