One and done. The hashbrowns were obviously cooked hours ago, my Dad’s steak tasted like it came out of the frozen food section, and the pancakes were more than likely frozen when they arrived before being microwaved too. Breakfast is the easiest meal to cook fresh and this chain has outsourced everything including cooking the food now. I never write reviews but, people are getting rich off of this place. Babe’s Place is right up the street. I will go there 10 times out of 10 rather than go hear again.

I usually come here with a big party and on peak times so the wait seems pretty obvious and expected. However, I came out with my dad during the week plenty of parking so we hoped it would be quick bite and off we go. Negative!!! We waited ten mins till the server even came over to take our drink order. At that point we placed our breakfast and coffee request all in one shot no back and forth. I need my coffee! He disappeared never to be seen till our food came out. Ummmm coffee Sir!!! Coffee! We are the only table here, are ya kidding??? Food was good but service sucked. And now I know whether going in with a big party or SOLO its not worth my money. Management needs a reality check fast.

Brutal We went on at Saturday night about 7pm and nobody knew the size of the burger pattie. The first server passed us off to another winner who disappeared several times. We asked for a manager and was told none were working. I know its a pancake house but no excuse to have no manager/manager on duty on a Saturday night. We’ve had ok luck at other ihops but I would avoid this one due to the poor management and service. Save yourself the trouble and go to Babe’s or Friendly’s down the street!

I’ve been here twice in the last few weeks at two different times. Once later at night around 10pm and then again over the weekend around 9AM. Both times the service was terrible. Trying to get your server to return is near impossible. Most recently, for breakfast, I came in with my mother. We came in early, around 9AM on a Saturday, We wanted to beat some of the weekend breakfast rush and had errands in the area. The place was not very busy for a what I would consider peak times. But it appeared as if there were very few servers on staff. We ordered our breakfasts, and I requested a side of sausage. When my food was delivered by the server, he apologized for forgetting the sausage and said he was going to get it. We literally never saw him again until we were walking out. A different server brought us the check after no one came back to our table to check on us. I requested they remove the sausage from the bill as I never received it and apparently he hadn’t gone to get it. The server apologized and explained that my server«Nick» went on break. We paid our bill and as we were getting up to leave a third server came out with the sausage as if this would fix the problem. The worst part of the experience was that as we were leaving the restaurant our server was literally standing at the end of our row hanging out at the server station. He didn’t come apologize for his error or attempt to fix the problem. Normally, I would give the server the benefit of the doubt and assume the kitchen forgot something, or assume they were overly busy. But, like I said they weren’t as busy as we expected, and this was second time in as many weeks that the service has been awful and the serving staff inattentive. With Route 1 loaded down with places to eat we’ll be checking out some other places instead.

Literally the worst IHOP ever. Service is slow as molasses wait staff and management is horrific. Waited 45 minutes for food which is completely ridiculous. We had a party of 7 and it took an hour to get our food. I would never ever ever go into this IHOP again, and on top of that, the food is awful as well.

Waited an hour for our food and there was pieces of a steel wool cleaning pad in my wife’s food. The manager acted like it was nothing! Waited for new breakfast & they still charged us!

I guess you shouldn’t expect much from this chain of cheap processed foods but it seems each time I go there they mess us my order. It’s a simple omelette with spinach and cheese. How difficult can that be. The manager it a tool. He doesn’t show up to the table till 15 minutes after you asked for a manager and then he doesn’t offer any compensation for screwing up the meals of everyone at the table. I think they need new waitresses. They obviously don’t know what they are doing.

When I was a kid, I used to love going to IHOP for breakfast but now once in a great while. When I go it’s always breakfast and I never bothered trying their other menus. The food is ok, since it is hard to ruin breakfast, and the service is slow, really slow. If you’re planning on going here on the weekend, plan a couple of hours out of your day since it seems there is always a wait. The parking can be rough almost like musical chairs. So again plan for a slow and ok morning.

The food here is just meh… Nothing to write on Unilocal about. Just mediocre breakfast food with no pizzazz. Service was good though.

Check your order if you do takeout. Toast burnt with no butter, ham missing from breakfast sampler. Too busy to bother returning. Oh well. I won’t make that mistake again.

IHOP deserves 2.5 stars but instead it gets 3 stars. I was forced to come at IHOP with my relatives on a Sunday Morning at 10:00am and rather make my own pancakes since the last few times the pancakes and bacon were lousy, but sucked it up and went to IHOP. Parking is pretty backed up at times. No spots were open and cars were driving around waiting for a spot. People are always waiting outside for a seat. When we walked in I could tell this will be bad when the manager is talking to people. 20 minutes wait just to have breakfast. After we were seated and got our drinks the food took 30 – 35 minutes more like forever to come out and wasn’t has packed as before. Instead of pancakes I got Belgium Waffles and they were excellent, warm and soft. However, my grandmother’s eggs were supposed to be over lite medium but were hard boiled and burnt and didn’t get her toast. After 10 minutes waitress comes back and ask hows everything and places a order of new eggs and toast. Toast comes back cold and no eggs. Never got the eggs until the manager came over with a box and my grandma didn’t want the eggs so they tossed them while they took the eggs off the bill for $ 2.99 big whoop. I’ll be back once in a blue moon at IHOP for breakfast for dinner when its not packed.

Let me just start by saying that I’ve only ever eaten here for breakfast. Overall, the menu is a good size and the prices aren’t too bad. However, I can’t say that there’s anything special about any of the dishes I’ve ever tried. Likely because I’m not a big pancake fan, and that is their specialty. The kids really enjoy the breakfasts, especially the pancakes and waffles. I can say that they are very consistent. Every time I’ve ever eaten here, the quality remains steady. I just wish that there was a little bit more flavor packed in to some of their egg dishes. I think they’re a little too light on the seasoning… for my palate anyways. That being said, because the kids enjoy it so much, and breakfast is something I enjoy pretty much any time of day, we’ll come back. Oh, and if you join their email club, you get free pancakes on your birthday. For me, not a big deal. For the rest of the peeps in my house, it’s a great deal!

Staff was friendly. The place was busy, but not packed, but we still waited for 5 minutes before someone came over to use to take a drink order(not our server but someone helping our server out). The food was okay, not great, way too expensive in my opinion, and I don’t mind paying more if the food is good. The waitress took our order and that’s about it, someone else brought our food over, Noone ever came to check on us, and we had to flag down our waitress just so we could get the check, which had a coupon on it, but we couldn’t take it as the waitress never showed her face again.

Three try’s and still have not found a parking space. I give up on this place. Not worth wasting a trip to a place you can’t eat at.

Ok, so chain breakfast is not normally my thing. We were invited to join another couple for breakfast here, so we went. This place was seriously mobbed and they need a bigger parking lot. But, after doing the loop twice we were able to grab a spot as someone backed out. Our friends parked at AAA to avoid the parking snarl. We were told a 45 minute wait so we just hung around outside until we got cold enough to deal with the swarms of people also waiting for tables. We were offered a table right away or we could wait for a booth — we were hungry so we grabbed the table — it wasn’t bad, not right on top of other tables so that was nice. 3 out 4 of us got the split decision and one had the french toast with bacon. Everyone pigged out and seemed to enjoy the food and the 4 syrup choices(old fashioned, butter pecan, blueberry & strawberry). Our server was nice and she stayed on top of refills for soft drinks and coffee. I did not visit the bathroom so I can’t say either way. Is this gourmet breakfast? No, but it was good, the service was good and if you like variety — IHOP wouldn’t be so bad to add to the rotation.

Bad wait staff… They take forever and don’t really pay attention. Food all taste the same. I do love the crepes but not very filling as they give three tiny ones.

My girlfriend and her daughter really wanted to go here today for Mother’s Day. By the time they got ready it was pushing 11:00 a.m. and I knew there was going to be a waiting issue. When we pulled in the line outside signaled a one hour wait. So I dropped them at the door and told them if a table for two was ready, just grab it. Sure enough a table for three was an hour and a table for two was open. I went in and the staff was fluid and together, the place was clean. My gf was in there for a while but told me the service was great and no one rushed them to leave. She said the pancakes and all the sides were great. So I guess on her advice, I would recommend to go here.

I wouldn’t normally review a chain restaurant because it’s always hit it miss. The food may be consistent but the service will lack or vice versa! But at this particular location as packed as it is on the weekends the staff is friendly and the good vines out fast. But the real reason for this review is the Breakfast I had this past Sunday! It was the it was called Chorizo guests omelette and it came with a side of 3 pancakes! The omelette was so full of flavor with a spivey red sauce on top! Not bland like the rest of the menu! And for a beverage I got a Mango Mimosa(clearly no alcohol) but it tossed great! I appreciated it better than the regulate apple or orange juice choices! I was stuffed and immobile for a few hours, but for 10 bucks, it was well worth it!

I was torn between 2 stars or 3 stars, I wish I could give 2.5 stars! The food is good but not amazing. My biggest issue is the pricing. How can a small diner charge $ 3 for eggs, toast, homefries and coffee, but l this becomes a $ 10 meal at IHOP? The service at the Attleboro, MA location also seems to be hit or miss, but still never amazing. Sign up for their mailing list and get a free meal on your birthday or go in with a coupon, but otherwise I would just skip it.
