Shopped today at around 130pm. Very rude and lousy service. I’ve never seen a manager giving a customer an attitude for no good reason at all and with a very bad customer and managerial skills. I saw a shirt that I like. There are many shirts with the same style but different colors and the one I like was the only one left and hanging on top that you could not reach without that reacher hook. I asked someone and I’ve waited and waited until she said the manager said no because it is hard to take it down and there are pins all over the shirt. I asked «It is not for sale? Can I see the manager.» The manager came over. I can’t say her name because there is no name tag. But she is a black female and tall. The first thing she asked me is if I’m going to buy it with a grouchy face. I said yes if it fits. It only took 2 seconds to take it down and it was in the hanger and not a single pin on the shirt. They lied and just too lazy to help the customer. It was not even busy in the store. The short white female manager is unprofessional too. She acted like she didn’t want to be bother and help and said she doesn’t deal with that women’s shirt area and walked away. When I paid for the shirt, the same black female manager checked me out. She didn’t say a thing to me and still mad and had the grouchy face. Unbelievable!

Loads of great deal over the labour day weekend!!! I love a good sale. Bought lots of winter clothes.
The staff were so helpful in spite of the chaos.
