I went to the store last year with my mom to pick her Mother’s Day gift. The sales rep was great and helped pick a ring for my mom. She even cleaned my earrings for me a little bit. She even sent us in the mail a really nice thank u letter. I will be coming back to the store in January

Frist time ever at a Tiffany’s store… I always wanted at least one thing from Tiffany just because every girl deserves a little blue box once in her life lol… Came here being greeted with similes… the staff was very caring and attentive… this is by far the best service i ever had in any stores and i shop a lot ! there was about five people working there… There was even blue cupcakes and bottled waters with Chairs in there store for the customers… since i was only window shopping i didn’t wanna touch there foods… lol…I thought that was pretty cool… never seen such things in a jeweler store before lol… The display was magnificent… They placed everything easy to find and was easy for my to locate the stuff I wanted to see… my favorite was the Tiffany keys pendents made with 18k rose gold and the return to Tiffany and co. heart tag neckless sterling sliver… it’s the perfect everyday to wear… a future must purchase! The main store part is absolutely fine! This review is of the diamond jewelry portion of the store. We have gone to this location 5 or 6 times for necklaces, bracelettes and earings and everything was fine. Several times I had items shipped to me, which went smoothly. Once I was improperly charged and the manager mailed me a check to reimburse me the difference. Overall, we were fine with the store. So when the time rolled around for us to begin engagement ring shopping, we decided to pop in and check out their selection. That was the begining of the end… We walked to the back of the store where the fine jewelry is located and began to glacé around the cases. There were two sales ladies and they both chose to ignore us. No problem, I didn’t really mind that since I really wanted to look without being pestered. After awhile, I wanted to see a ring. BY this time an older couple had come in and they were both fawning all over them and completely ignoring us. I must have said excuse me three of four times, when the customer they were both helping, actually pointed out t them that I needed help too. I asked to see a ring from the case. When I asked, the salesgirl smirked and said, this ring is a little over a carat, might you want to see one of our more modest rings? …hmn…let me think about that.no. So she showed me the ring quickly. I asked her for a loupe, which really seemed to annoy her. She handed me one and told me that I wouldn’t really understand what I was looking at and that the diamonds are practically flawless. My fiancé giggled knowing that I am extremely well versed in diamonds, something this woman apparently thought I was nieve to. I popped in the loupe and began to point out to her that although the diamond was of high color, it had numerous inclusions, noticable carbon, feathers and a cloud. I asked to see the GIA cert. and when she pulled it out, all of the inclusions were plotted on the diamonds chart for her to see. I told her that we were going to pass and thanked her for her time. It really irked me that she treated us like we were idiots and couldn’t afford a ring from that store. I kept wondering how many other couples expreienced the same thing and left there feeling bad. Whenever I think of that chick, I just look at my 2.5 carat sparkley and keep in mind that she lost a nice commission that day :)
