Food is made to order but the quality of their ingredients is questionable. Our order took a while to get to the pick up window and the food was average airport food at best. With the amount of time it took to get to us I expected it to taste at least a little bit better. I ordered a chicken caesar salad topped with shredded cheese, croutons and dressing on the side. The chicken was dry chewy, and somewhat on the bland side but the lettuce was fresh and crispy. We also had an order of chicken tenders and onion rings that weren’t any different than most places. The tenders had more breading than chicken and were rubbery to chew. The onion rings on the other hand were crispy although there was more breading than anything. The inside was a little oily which I don’t prefer when I have onion rings. It’s hard to recommend this place when right next door is a Sam Adam’s bar that makes similar food and serves alcohol. There aren’t any other options on the entire floor besides the snacks at the magazine stands.

This place is soooooo ghetto!!! Lucky it’s in an airport or I might have gotten shot. But then again, Atlantic City in general is ghetto. There’s really no other sit-down restaurant in this part of the airport and I had an hour to kill before my flight, so I really had no choice. I got the breakfast bagel sandwich with ham, egg and cheese with a side of home fries. The food is definitely edible but I’m giving only 2 stars because of the ghetto-fabulous-ness of the place and people working there.

Being captive in an airport, I didn’t have high expectations. But, this was worse than my lowest standards. I ordered fish and chips. I could smell the fish even before they set it down. I almost never go to fast food, but I would have preferred it today over this.

The Crab soup is really good, but we need to talk about their«Chicago» dog. Marinara sauce? Mozzarella??? Dafuk? How the hell anyone can butcher something so simple as «poppy seed bun, mustard, nuclear green relish, tomato, pickle, celery salt and sport peppers» is beyond me, but these guys managed to do it. THATS a Chicago Dog. Not that«pizza dog» crap you’re trying to pass off as a Chi-Town wiener…

If you are looking for a fast hot meal before your flight Trasher’s is more than adequate. Sandwiches and burgers are made to order. Real eggs are used and egg whites are also offered. Love the English muffins here, but bagels aren’t the best you’d find in NJ however they do the job. Avoid the muffins which aren’t homemade they’re from SYSCO. I enjoy the typical breakfast sandwiches, fries, chicken fingers, and burgers from here. If you have more time to eat I would suggest sitting down next door at Sam Adams where you can have more options, better quality food, and alcohol.

This is the worst place I have ever been in an airport I got the chicken fingers and they were raw inside! Gross! The manager was awful he wouldn’t even refund my money !! I think this is the worst I have ever experience it nothing like raw chicken if I had to rate this place also on cleanliness it not good. I really think the health dept need to check on to this place! The ceiling was so dirty the dirt was actually dropping from the ceiling! Not a good experience to say the least!!!

I completely agree with Edward V(and not Jolliebee)…with my numerous trips through Newark Airport I’ve learned that airport breakfast food is supposed to be awful, right? I guess the folks at Thrashers never got the message. My daughter ordered a sesame bagel, toasted with cream cheese and home fires and I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a kaiser roll with a large coffee. NONE of this is supposed to taste good! If I was in Newark, MAYBE the coffee would be ok. BUT, this was in the Atlantic City Itn’l Airport where miracles seem to happen! My daughter’s bagel-delicious and fresh and her home fries were actually nice a crispy and tasted great. My sandwich… the egg wasn’t pre-made and reheated a la DD, but was cooked fresh and the sandwich was excellent. And my coffee was actually quite good-strong and hot… exactly what I needed at 5:15 am!!! I can only speak for their breakfast food, but I’d be happy to eat here again.

Total garbage. Avoid at all costs unless you want a bad start to your flight/commute. The Philly Cheesesteak bread tasted like raw flour, the meat was precooked and the processed cheese was the bottom of the barrel even when it comes to processed cheese. What a waste of money I didn’t even finish my overpriced meal.

Airport Fast Food Is Not Supposed To Be Good! Thrasher Greater Taters and Sandwiches — Is on the second floor of the AC Airport conveniently located right across from the escalator. They offer sandwiches, burgers and fries. Also, a ton of beverage choice. To our surprise they do it better then the usual fast food joints located in airports. What stands out are taters and the potato chips. Both are cut fresh and fried in peanut oil. They also offer Black Bean and Turkey Burgers. Which were both very tasty. Food is not preprepared so after you order you can find a seat at the several tables in the dining area and wait for your number to be called. There is also a flat screen TV for viewing pleasure will eating. The only criticism I have is that they should do better in cleaning tables after customers are finished.
