The customer service at this place was appalling, in fact ‘appaulling’ is an understatement! No one wants to serve & if u ask them to help you look for something it’s too much of an inconvenience for them. All 3 girls that was working there did not want to help their customers on 11th August 2013, even the so called manager was interested in managing a complaint about lack of customer service. I think Skechers need to get rid of these staff if they are planning to sell products! Disgusted!
