I have to say that I will never go back to this location. I’ve been three different times to try and change my tags and was not able to get it taken care of. Each time I’ve went the tax (whatever they call themselves) collector gave me different information on what I needed to get my new tags. I have never had to go through hoops in any of the other states I’ve lived in. Each collector had a negative vibe and a rude/​condescending attitude when trying to get everything taken care of. I will go to another branch to process and purchase my tags. Very much a gray area when receiving the information needed to change out of state vehicle necessities at this branch.

I always receive excellent service here. The camera system for viewing the office to assess the wait is outstanding! I used it today and walked right in, got a ticket & went right to a counter for service. I was in & out in about 5 minutes with renewed tags. Tag costs are down as of Sep 1. Mine went down $ 28 per tag!
