The best place to get dduk and kimchi in Atlanta. Hands down! A whole in the wall where a tiny grandma works magic. I feel like it has been open about 20 yrs. At least. I have never lived nearby and always drive out of my way to buy my kimchi here. Okay so maybe I make an afternoon of the trip and grab lunch at one of Buford Hwy’s many wonderful offerings. Please give it a try.
Rainbow dduk is one of my life’s passions. At most places it is dry and bland and could be equated to chewing on a terry cloth. :) This place does it justice the way it should be. Perfect. Every layer has a subtle flavor with just a hint of sweetness and I could eat it forever.
