The food is good, as at all Willy’s, but the service was terrible. The staff acts as though you are an inconvenience and a waste of their time. They blatantly ignore some requests and then become annoyed if you request again or try and work around their mistake. I understand that customer service, especially food service, can be a difficult job. I’ve worked in restaurants and hotels for years. But there is no need to treat me like I’m a moron who is inconveniencing you to a great degree when I’m simply trying to order dinner.

The burrito! The burrito has hit the spot consistently since my first visit to the Vinings Willy’s in 2000. This location only gets 4 stars because it has no wifi. The store manager said they«no longer offer wifi because it kept crashing.»

I’ve only been here once, but the food was great. I stopped in before a concert and unlike most Mexican food, I didn’t feel it a few hours later. Nice staff, good ingredient selection. I had the nachos with a whole lot of different things piled on top. Delicious. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something to fill themselves up.

Big thumbs up to this place, not only because their burritos are great, but because their service is excellent. After living Intown for so long, I forget that polite customer service is supposed to be standard. Figured it had gone the way of the dodo bird. I was happily shocked by the friendliness of the staff at this Willy’s. What super nice people. Wow. I feel like I just saw the elusive Siberian tiger. Will definitely be going back, and often.

It’s very exciting to me that a new Willy’s is here in this exact location. It’s incredibly convenient for when I am out and about doing those things that need to be done and I am struck by sudden extreme hunger. It’s your basic Willy’s maybe a little smaller than some others, but still sufficient. The parking is plentiful, too, even though the parking lot can get a little crazy. I like it here, though, and I will be back.

I love Willies. Its my favorite burrito spot. This location feels a little small, cold, and messy. But the food is always great and the staff is nice. I have recently discovered the cole-slaw here. I recently discovered that I even like cabbage so I am now trying it where ever I can get it. I thought it might be a little weird from a burrito spot. Its not. Its heavy on the cilantro and that is a plus for me. Mmmm. I got Nachos last time, usually I get a quesadilla. The nachos were great, piled high with whatever I chose. Slaw for sure!

Was here yesterday. Great quesadillas from Willy’s as usual. Maybe it is because Willy’s is a local burrito chain, and people want to cheer for the hometown. Anyways, as a result… Willy’s seems to be a better fit for the market then its predecessor Qdoba was in this same location. Parking is free for patrons in the midtown mall that Willy’s is located it; but with Starbucks nearby this area is thriving/crowded more than it was in the past. The number of people loitering nearby on Ponce also seems to have dropped. Maybe this section of Ponce is starting to clean up.

So happy to have this location right down the street from me. Love their salads, with so many super fresh toppings… they have the best out of all the tex-mex establishments in ATL in my opinion. Tacos are yummy and the salsas are all fabulous and again really fresh. I’ve always been greeted with a smile. Love it! Go there often!

Willy’s is consistently good throughout all the Atlanta locations. This one is particularly great considering they are brand new and trying to earn a following amongst the local 4th ward/Poncey patrons. Especially with Chipotle only a stones throw away. So far the food is always fresh, service is good and my only small complaint is actually that this location IS small. On one visit for lunch the only seats available for my daughter and I were on the benches against the wall. Not a deal breaker of course but seats by the window are always the best. Takeout may be a better alternative during busy hours. All in all this is my favorite Willy’s location so far. Oh and try the pork charilito taco’s. Something very different and just, well, YUMM!!!

This location has been open for a couple of months and I’m happy to have it in the neighborhood. They’re accomplishing what the concept seeks to – providing tasty, wholesome, and quick burritos and other tex-mex-ish fare. Both Moe’s and Chipotle have shops less than a mile away on Ponce. Willy’s certainly bests Moe’s with regard to quality, and it’s nice to not have to battle the tiny parking lot and long lines at Chipotle. I’m averaging one or two trips a week to this location. They’ve been consistent, and the staff who work there are extremely friendly and eager to provide good customer service.

The burrito had a good heft. It was just right. I grabbed it with both hands and gave it a good squeeze. Then I grabbed the foil nipple and tweaked it right off, slowly ripping the sheeting to expose the tantalizing, turgid tortilla beneath. It was so full of black beans and adobe chicken and cilantro and a gigantic handful of fresh jalapeños(and a few other things) that I had to massage it a little. Yes. I massaged the burrito. I savored it. One errant bean had nestled in the folds of this perfectly steamed tortilla. I couldn’t wait to sink my teeth into it. I observed an ever-so-brief moment of reverent silence before descending upon it like Godzilla taking out Tijuana, leaving nothing but confused nuns wailing in the distance. It was mouthwateringly good. Oh, yes. I’ll be back.
