this Wendy’s is newly remodeled, however… The service sucks AND I got all the way home to realize that there was mold on the bottom of my sandwich! I will never go back to this Wendy’s again

I received some coupons in the mail so that gave me some incentive to try them out. I don’t eat much fast food, but even then, Wendy’s is not my first choice when it comes to the industry. Since I had the coupon, I thought it would be wise to go in. Easier to just hand it over when ordering. When I arrived around 9pm, there were a few parked cars and few in the drive thru. Not too busy. When I got in line there were only two people in front of me so not much a wait. There was a police officer behind the counter area. I assume providing security cause it is a sketch area. It’s my neighborhood so I am used to be around it, but still made me feel safer. Things of note while I was waiting in line.(1) There was some nasty chicken nugget on the ground. Looked like it had been there for a while. Overall, the floor could have used some cleaning.(2) There was a girl just hanging out at the counter. Not sure if she was waiting to talk to someone important or if she was just chillin. Odd. I knew that the place had underwent remodeling and it does look nice for a fast food restaurant. They even have Coke Freesyle machines. But there were out of the flavors that I really wanted. :-/So what’s the point… I ended up with plain Coke Zero. Now that I think of it, there was another machine. Perhaps they weren’t out of the ones I wanted in the other one. One can hope. It was a breeze using the coupon. And it was a really good deal. I got a free ¼ pound cheeseburger with purchase of any size fries and drink. The food came up quickly. The cashier gave me plenty of ketchup to go. But I had to remind her to give me my drink cup. One way out, I overhear one of the employees telling someone that they usually they don’t put salt on their fries at that time of night cause most customers at that hour don’t want salt. So the whole way home I am thinking there better be salt on my fries. Luckily, there were. But my fries weren’t hot. I only live less than 5 min away! I will say though that my food tasted great(by fast food standards).

This place is a piece of crap. Worst staff of any fast food place ive ever been. They are SO rude and unprofessional. Its amazing that people can be so miserable all the time. They barley speak english(they are from the US) and could care less if they got your order right! I dont know what else to expect but this place should be shut down. The mcdonalds down the street is the friendliest anyways!

This place may be newly remodeled… but it still sucks big time. I’ll never be back. The staff here are completely disorganized and customers are clearly irritated.

Wow. What a shitty place. First I order a chicken blt salad. «We don’t have that no more.» Ok, it’s still on the menu, but whatever. I’ll have the ciabatta bacon cheeseburger. «We outta that.» Ugh, ok I’ll just have a chocolate frosty. «All we have is vanilla.» Are you kidding me? Haha, I give up.

I will never visit this location ever again. Wish I would have gotten the name of the girl at the drive through. She was a smart ass when I finally had to walk up to the window and asked her why no one bothered to turn the sign off or come out and tell the huge line of cars that had been sitting with us for 20 minutes that they were closed. To top it all off, I saw her coworker at the first window packing themself a to go bag of food! I’m pretty sure that’s stealing. I don’t eat fast food unless it is an emergency, and I had somewhere to be. Tell me what fast food place closes at 9 and doesn’t turn off the sign? Never again.

My food is always fresh and hot. Customer service is okay. Make sure they give you all of your change at the drive thru. I once has an associate give me my food first so I forgot all about my change. I ended up going back up there and they had to count the drawer down because I wanted my $ 9! I’m guessing the money was pocketed because they didn’t find a discrepancy with the amount in the register. I was given my $ 9 though which is all that mattered!

It’s Wendy’s. It’s fast food. Don’t expect fine dining. The service is quick at the drive through and the food is fresh. They do well on custom orders. For some reason they get their fries right each time. I keep it simple and get the spicy chicken. Much better than McDonalds.

Definitely the old fourth ward for sure. Time was about 1130 pm and was in the maternity ward of Atlanta Medical Center which has an on site Starbucks, kitchen, Blimpies and Chick Fil A, which all happened to be closed. The only thing open and close to my location was Wendy’s. I’m typically a big fan of Wendy’s. The burgers are fresh and have a distinct taste. I also enjoy the chili, which was rated one of the best fast food items to eat while dieting. Now this Wendy’s was out there. It was day a night! It looked like thriller outside my car from inside the drive thru lane. There was just random homeless people, crackheads, residents and everything out there. It was just about 3pm at 11pm at night. I ordered my food. Ordered a carder chicken wrap, nuggets and fries. Order wasn’t large at all. When I arrived at the pay window I paid and was asked to pull up and they will bring the food out. I was leery… Like sure ill pass on that. The order wasn’t that big and the wait was almost ten minutes. I was betting my food better be piping hot too! In regards to the food. I had no issues. Just this area looks like Kuwait… smh

Not a pleasant place to visit. The first time I came here, there was a drunk homeless guy making a scene and spilling stuff on the floor. And as far as fast food places go, their chicken sandwiches are okay, but their one-spout soft drink machine makes all the drinks taste weird. It’s cheaper to cook for yourself, and you’ll get better food for the same price from nearby Eat’s or Papi’s.

I rarely review fast food restaurants, but this is one of my neighborhood spots and thought they were worth a shout out. It’s tough to get a good wrap when you’re on Boulevard and typically surrounded by semi shady folks, but this is a well run Wendy’s. Overall…the staff is nice, the drive thru is crazy fast and I’ve never had any complaints with what I’ve ordered. I suggest you check them out if you’re in the neighborhood..

I’m leery of going anywhere on Boulevard. That’s mostly for good reason since the area is kind of run down and plagued with shady looking people loitering around. Wendy’s has done as much as possible to make coming here a better experience than it used to be. Normally it wouldn’t make sense to erect fencing to enclose grassy areas(well, maybe for a dog park), but in this case it was a great idea. Now they’re clean instead of being covered in trash and matted down from people walking over it. The late night drive-thru hours always seem to lure me in(and you can order from the full menu, unlike at the McDonald’s down the street) and I always seem to leave with a bag of cold fries. #Yelp365 — 18⁄365
